This studyused the high quality spring of double low rapeseed "Qingza No.6" as the experimental material by the method of the field trial, chemical analysis in laboratory and teststatistics, combined different planting density and amount of nitrogenstudied to call Labudalin Hulunbuirarea of double low spring rape Part Physiological and biochemical indexes, yield and quality, agronomic traits and feeding value, and their internal relationship and possible influence mechanismin 2014-2015 onthe farm of Labudalin Hulunbuir. It provided a theoretical basis that the spring of double low rapeseed cultivation measures used reasonably in the production of the rationalist to improve the spring rape production quality and feeding value. The main results are as follows:1 The number of days required for each growth period of spring rape increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer, and the relationship between the planting density and the planting density was not significant. The dry matter weight of individual plant decreased with the increase of planting density, and increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. The leaf area index at different growth stages was the highest in N2, and the lowest in N3.2 The plant height of spring rape isn’t related to planting density and applied amount of n fertilizer.Weight of thousand seedsand number of pod of average planting density was single-peak curve changes, M3 is the most number of the seeds in per pod; A number of branches, pod number was positively correlation with n application rate. Yield under different planting density treatment was negative correlation with density, high emergence of M4 numberswere the least. With the increasing of n application spring rape yield, square meters production, the number of square meters of seedling are increased and then decreased. The biggest change in the production was square meters.3 Grain protein content, oleic acid and erucic acid content decreased with increasing density, but oleic acid and protein was significantly positively correlatedwith the increase and improving of nitrogen and with the content of erucic acid, crude fat, glucosinolates showed a significant negative correlation; protein and glucosinolate was extremely significant negative correlation. The crude fat and density showed a single peak curve and had a significant negative correlation with protein. The content of the content of the sulfur and the palm acid was positively correlated with the density, and negatively correlated with the nitrogen fertilizer.4 Density test in bud stage which M3 blade RFV content is the highest, inthe early flowering stem, the plant RFV of M1 is the highest;in the green ripe stage, the plant RFV of M2 is the highest. Nitrogen fertilizer experiment of coated N3 in plants is the highest RFV, green ripe stage of N1 plant RFV content is the highest, yellow ripeness stage N3 plant RFV supreme; Spring rape leaf RFV trends bolting stage> Sheng flowering> flowering period. From the whole point of view, treatment ofN3, N2 is the highest in the spring rape RFV.5Density had no significant effect on crude protein content of spring rape plants, increase significantly with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer; plant crude fat content in maturing stage the highest. The ash content of the plant was decreased with the growth stage, and the effect of the factors on the ash content was not significant. The effects of different nitrogen application rates on the crude fiber content of spring rape were significantly different between treatments at the green ripe stage. The effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the content of nitrogen free extract and nutrient ratio of spring rape was significantly higher than that of planting density.
