| In this experiment, Jin You NO.35 was selected as the material,by setting the four differentCO2concentration(CK;500-700ppm;700-900ppm;900-1100ppm) on cucumber seedlings were studied on growth and physiological properties of photosynthesis with elevated CO2.The main research resules are as follows:1.The use different concentrations of CO2 could obviously promote the maxim photosynthetic rates and Intercellular CO2 concentration,reduce stomatal conductance and transpiration rate. Compared with the CK,the handing â… , â…¡ â…¢ increased by 29%,83% and 50% in the maxim photosynthetic rates.The transpiration rates descended respectively by 34%,50% and 59%.The stomatal conductance descended respectively by23%ã€33 and 38%.Intercellular CO2 concentration increased by 48%,107% and 139%.2. Increasing CO2 promoting cucumber seedling growth,promote the increase of plant height,stem diameter and leaf area.At the end of the experiment, comparing with CK,the shoot height increased by25%,65% and 30%; the leaf area increased by 19%,50% and 38%.Vigorous seedling index are 0.093ã€0.1ã€0.129 and 0.152.At the same time promote the growth of seedling root system,performance of the increase of the root volume,root total absorption area,active absorption area and root activity3. Comparing with CK,Chlorophy concent increased by 5%ã€14% and 11%.Increase CO2 treatment group of flowering period and increase flowers numbers,the first female flowers festival is lower. |
