Saline alkali soil arable land area is 111900 hm2 in Inner Mongolia, accounting for 16.4% of the total area of saline alkali soil, this brings up a series of environmental problems,Influence of agricultural sustainable development. The development and utilization of saline wasteland not only expand the arable land, increasing unit production, alleviate the food crisis, but also improve the ecological environment, improve people’s quality of life.Using soil column simulating exeperment methed and taking desulfurization and humic acid as the amendent, the study carried out the leaching test of saline-alkali soil improvement with a combination of single application and conbined application, analyzed the indicators of soil and leachate, investigated the variation law of chemical characters of soil column under a continuous supply irrigation condition, and determined the reasonable application amount and irrigationamount of desulfurization gypsum and humic acid, playing a role in theoretical support and reference and guidance in practice. The results show that improvement effect is significant gypsum is 1.22 times(88.50t/hm2) of the theoretical value;under a continuous supply irrigation condition, the improvement process is substantially complete when the fourth filtrate is used, indicating that 2290.69m3/hm2 isreasonable for the first irrigation amount;when the amount of desulfurization gymsum was determined the experiment was carried out with different gradient of humin acid. The improvement effect of combined application of desulfurization gypsum and humic acid on saline-alkali soil is the most significant, and the better the improvertment effect is the more humic acid in a range.
