In this experiment, we chose a 3 years continuous monocropping potato as a control. Analyzed the physical and chemical properties of soil, the function of soil microbial community, structural change and intercropping yield planting effect under the influence of the relationship among intercropping species. Aims to alleviate continuous cropping obstacles caused by long monocropping of potatoes in south Ningxia, establish a scientific intercropping cultivation patterns and provides a theoretical basis. The results are as follows:1.Different intercropping model and different ratios of cultivation patterns with intercropping significantly affects the physical and chemical properties of soil and soil microbial community structure. In the intercropping cultivation, soil available nutrients compared to the monocropping control decreased quickly, intercropping cultivation has effectively improved the the soil nutrient utilization efficiency of crops; Organic matter content increased significantly compared with the control, which increases the amount up to 13.09%. Intercropping cultivation while also effectively increases the total number of soil microbial communities, increase the bacteria in the the microbial population proportion, reducing the number of the fungal colony and the proportion of the total number of the microorganisms communities.2.shannon index, Mclntoch index, Simpson index showed potato and Corn Intercropping cultivation make the the diversity of microbial community structure and utilization efficiency of carbon source were improved, the overall performance were intercropping cultivation> Cropping Potato> monocropping corn. Wherein potato and Corn Intercropping cultivation utilization efficiency on amine compounds, carbon source multi-cluster compounds showed a significant increase, compared with the monocropping potato control, improved 19.60%,36.06%; in the cultivation of intercropping, the biomass of bacteria, actinomycetes, arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi in soil increased significantly; Compared with the potato monocropping, biomass of three types of microbial increased by 5.56%,11.08%,18.08%, fungal biomass accounted bacterial biomass ratio decreased, and promote the development of "bacterial-type" high fertilizer Soil type.3.Potato/corn system system compared to monocropping, urease activity and catalase activity were significantly increased, alkaline phosphatase activity decreased slightly, wherein the urease activity and catalase activity increase up to 60.42%,75%. According to analysis of Canoco, urease activity, catalase activity and soil organic matter content, soil total nitrogen content was positively correlated, and showed positively correlated with soil microbial community quantitative respectively; The activity of alkaline phosphatase and soil total phosphorus, available phosphorus contents were positively correlated. Decreased of soil phosphorus content leads to the decline of soil alkaline phosphatase activity.4.Intercropping cultivation system compared with the monocropping cultivation system, potato, bean yield did not show superiority; Interspecies competitiveness of cultivation of crops showed corn> potato> beans. Intercropping cultivation of maize and potato and Intercropping cultivation of potato and bean.Intercropping cultivationof maize and potato, intercropping cultivation of potato and bean their land equivalent ratio (LER) showed a 3:2 ratio with better than 4:1 strip ratio, Interspecies competitiveness performance of potato is 4:1 which higher than the 3:2 ratio band. While in the potato and corn Intercropping cultivation system, the aboveground biomass compared with monocropping of potatoes increased 5.15%, and the biomass compared with monocropping and intercroppings of maize decrease 8.71%.In contrast, the yield of potato intercropping reduce 8.71%, while the yield of maize increased 7.84%. Demonstrated that in the intercropping of potato and maize, potato showed inferior performance while maize performance advantage.
