Forest inter-specific relationship is a very important field of Global Forest Ecosystems researches. Through the study of the dynamic distribution of forest plant species, we can deeply understand the mutual influence and the inherent relationship between Plant Inter-specific. The research results have important theoretical value for maintaining the stability of the community and biodiversity. Further research on inter-specific relationships will be beneficial to the deeper discovery on the mechanism of mixed forest resources utilization and ecological system structure stability and so on, so as to provide the theoretical basis for improving the management level of mixed forest.By collecting forest structure data, terrain data, soil information of the evergreen broad-leaved forest permanent observation sample plots in Huitong National Research Station of Forest Ecosystem as the factors affecting population relationship, by analyzing related research results about the relationship between the forest population at home and abroad, by integrated using of knowledge of multiple subjects such as systemic ecology, diversity index, aggregation index, geographic information system, genetic algorithm, neural network and cellular automata etc, this paper did research and forecast on the dynamic evolution of tree population. The main research works and results are as follows.Ⅰ. Study on community structure of dominant tree populationsApplying ShannorrWiPner diversity index, Simpson ecological dominance index and community evenness index, this paper conducted quantitative study on main forest communities’ composite structure characteristics of Huitong Comprehensive Observation Field of Evergreen Broad-leaved Forest, thus to obtain spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and regularity of dominant tree populations.Ⅱ. Study on spatial distribution pattern of dominant tree populations.According to the research ideas of from the general rules to inherent characteristics, and based on the survey data in evergreen broad-leaved forest of Huitong, Hunan Province, this paper uses species aggregation index and distribution pattern of forest to analyze the forest’s spatial structure characteristics.III. Analysis on the Factors Affecting the Evolution of Inter-specific relationships of regional tree populationsUsing the analysis methods of spatial auto-correlation and spatial regression to reveal the main ecological factors and interaction between inter-specific relationships of tree populations and to show the main ecological factors that affect the evolution of inter-specific relationships of regional tree populations and their differentiation features.Ⅳ.Building GANN-CA model of the relationship between dominant species of trees.Taking full advantages of CA in spatial-temporal pattern evolution simulation and local spatial optimization simulation, combining genetic algorithm ANN and BP neural network with GIS technology to construct GANN-CA model of inter-specific relationships of tree populations. On the basis of model test and uncertainty analysis, study on simulation and prediction will be conducted on the inter-specific relationships of tree populations. And thus to propose tree populations management strategies according to the results.Through the analysis of existing researches about population relationship, this paper studied the community structure characteristics, distribution pattern, inter-specific association and its affecting factors of evergreen broad-leaved forest permanent observation sample plots in Huitong which is not only beneficial to better understanding of the current status, community structure and characteristics, but also will provide references for other studies on regions tree community characteristics.
