Negative air ions are also called "vitamin" in the air, that has a good effect to the environment, they can release the current phenomenon of environmental quality declining and air pollution increasing, and negative air ions have a positive biological effect on the human body, So it is very important to study the concentration of negative air ions, but now the study about ecological effect of the air negative ions in the city Forest Park is few. So this study selects the forest botanical garden of Heilongjiang Province as the research object, to explore the spatial and temporal variations of the negative air ions and the correlation with various environmental factors concentration of the negative air ions of each sample area under the environment. The purpose is to provide reference for the further study of the characteristics of urban ecological environment in the future. The main results are as follows:1.The study result of the negative air ions concentration of each sample area varies with time in Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden shows:The order of the negative air ions concentration in different seasons is Summer> Spring> Autumn. From the overall view of three seasons, Larch tree forest> Mongolian pine forest> Birch forest> Lawn> Fountain square> Bare square. The negative air ions concentration of each sample area has significant difference in spring and summer and has no significant difference in autumn.2. The study result of the daily dynamic law of the negative air ions concentration varies with the seasonal variation in Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden shows:In spring, the daily dynamic of negative air ions concentration of the four sample areas of plants all exhibited double peaks, and highest at around 10:00-12:00 and 16:00, and lowest at around 12:00. Morning negative air ions concentration was significantly higher than that in afternoon. In summer, daily dynamic of negative air ions concentration of the four sample areas of plants also exhibited double peaks, and highest at around 10:00 and 16.00, and lowest at 14:00, in morning and afternoon, the negative air ions concentration has no significant difference. In spring and summer in fountain squares and bare squares, the daily dynamics of negative air ions concentration are similar to wave curve. In the autumn, the daily dynamics of negative air ions concentration of six sample areas, show peaks and valleys alternately appears curve.3. In Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden,,the negative air ions concentration in spring has extremely significant negative correlation with relative humidity and dew point temperature, has significant negative correlation with PM2.5 concentration, has significant positive correlation with illumination intensity, and it. has no significant correlation with wind speed, wind chill index, pressure, wet bulb temperature, density altitude, altitude. By multiple linear regression analysis, in spring, correlation between negative air ions concentration and relative humidity in spring is most significant, secondly is illumination intensity, and the PM2.5 follows.4. In Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden, the negative air ions concentration in summer has significant negative correlation with PM2.5 concentration, has extremely significant negative correlation with dew point temperature, has significant positive correlation with wet bulb temperature, has no significant correlation with wind speed, temperature, wind chill index, relative humidity, pressure, density altitude, altitude and illumination intensity. By multiple linear regression analysis, in summer, the correlation between negative air ions and PM2.5 concentration is most significant.5. In Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden, the negative air ion concentration in autumn has extremely significant negative correlation with relative humidity, dew point temperature, wet bulb temperature, altitude, density altitude it had extremely significant positive correlation with pressure, has significantly negative correlated with temperature and wind chill index; has no significant correlation with wind speed, PM2.5 concentration and illumination intensity. By multiple linear regression analysis, in autumn, the correlation between negative air ions and pressure is most significant.
