Byctiscus betlae L. is the Worldwide pest. In the northeast, is also one of the main defoliator of poplar. Currently most of the prevention and control of the pest in a foreign country with the method of biological control, The purpose for the sustainable development of environment, and protect the surrounding ecological conditions, However, domestic often due to the restrictions of objective conditions of the pests by a large number of chemical poisoning, Led to the pest resistance increase year by year, And destroyed the ecological environment, In order to be able to both prevent pest infestation, For pest control, And don’t damage the environment, so the technique of biological control in pest control. For the study of Byctiscus betlae L. control techniques, Byctiscus betlae L. growth law to investigate, study changes in their different number of hours each period insects, and calculate the hatching rate, emergence rate;while Byctiscus betlae L.weevil spatial sampling, divided vertical distribution and horizontal distribution, the impact of the vertical distribution of the truck on the number of insects in a different direction changes, under the influence of different parts of the insect on the distribution of the number of levels, and analyze the factors that affect the number of insects may change, for the prevention and treatment of fully preparation.Experimental results show that the upper, middle and lower parts of the amount of Byctiscus betlae L. were evenly distributed 1.516484,8.465753 and 3.417582. Upper and lower distribution less the difference between the two was not significant, significantly more than the middle of the upper and lower, the difference was significant. Number in the four corners of some differences, South (9.615385)> East (9.505495)> North (9.362637)> West (8.230769), but the distribution of all places no significant difference.Out order to effectively and consistently control volume Byctiscus betlae L. harm to plant trees, at the same time avoid chemical prevention and control of the destruction of ecological environment, for the screening of effective prevention and control of potionsJFor screening efficient control agents, this research adopts the eight kinds of pollution-free pesticides to Byctiscus betlae L. larvae the stomach poison method is used for indoor toxicity measurement., hokuno love fortin,20%, reserves the right to kill flies urea suspending agent, 10%imidacloprid,1.8% abamectin,1.2% matrine, show urea Ⅱ, green ray of Byctiscus betlae 1.2-3 instar larvae to determine virulence.Concentrate to Byctiscus betlae L. larvae poison green ray effect best, more than 89% with the mortality of the pest,10%imidacloprid,20%kill flies urea suspending agent, hokuno love fortin, reserves the right to take second place, the mortality of the pest reached more than 80%,1.8% abamectin, show urea II is poorer, poison effect of pests is not stable, mortality rate was 70%.Concentrate+10% more diesel to Byctiscus betlae L. larvae poison effect of 10% imidacloprid is best, the mortality of the pest reached 96%, urea 20% kill flies, suspending agent, green ray,1.8% abamectin,1.2%sen depot,20% kill flies urea suspending agent followed, mortality rate reached 90%,1.2%matrine, show urea Ⅱ is poorer, poison effect of pests is not stable, mortality rate was 80%.Using four kinds of pollution-free pesticides to Byctiscus betlae L. larvae outdoor toxicity measurement results show that, Imidacloprid 1000,2000,3000 times liquid of stomach toxicity effect is better, Corrected mortality rates were 100%,84%,74%; Matrine 500,1,000, 1500 times liquid control effects, Corrected mortality rate of 62%,67% and 39% respectively; Three concentrations of sen reserves the right to control effect is not significant difference, Corrected mortality rate is lower than 55%; The control effect of deinsectization urea concentration of three elixir corrected mortality rate is lower than 20%.
