This paper presents a new system for drying roses, solar phase change thermal storage system with a heat pump system, electric heating system combine for drying roses. And design the roses in different operating modes of the drying process. The amount of air required for dryingis according to the dehumidifying amount, and then draw the heat capacity and cooling capacity and other parameters, useing R134 a as refrigerant heat pump system refrigerant working fluid after analysising physical parameters, select the components of sizes, condenser and evaporator heat pump system They are made of air-cooled, using heat pump system power consumption to characterize solar heat pump system in operation consumption, calculated the solar heat pump drying system of annual operating costs 52,868 yuan. Theoretical calculation of the area of ? ? solar collectors is 45m2, the use of paraffin-based laboratory-developed carbon nanotubes as a phase change heat storage material,storage material usage 24.2kg. Simulation analysis was carried out on the energy storage unit to study its storage/heat release performance. Using ANSYS simulation software for physical model meshing set boundary conditions, compared the storage time,storage unit temperature distribution, liquefaction rate distribution parameters of the water different inlet temperature / speed, exothermic properties analysis, parallel outlet temperature of the water. Has carried on the experimental study on characteristics of drying roses, it is coclude that the most appropriate model is Logarithmic equation. Solar collector heat storage system, heat pump system, electric heating system connected in parallel, it can not only be run jointly but also run independently, so that a parallel system can be carried out to ensure stable production and reduce production costs. There are two models of the enhanced heat transfer feasibility of the method, which is increasing the heat transfer area, the other is improving the heat transfer coefficient.
