Study On Vitamin C Requirement Of Juvenile Loach(misgurnus Anguillicaudatus) And A Primary Research On The Compound Additive

The basal diet were supplemented with 0,50,120,240,360,500mg/kg vitamin C(Lascorbyl-2-polyphosphate),and fed the fish twice a day(08:00 and 20:00) for ten weeks in18 grass jar(85cm×55cm×50cm)containing 30 fish[initial weight:( 1.996±0.176g)].This stu dy was used single-factor experimental method to investigate the effect of dietary vitamin C on growth performance(survival rate,specific growth rate),immunity(total antioxidant ca pacity,lysozyme and superoxide dismutase)and the Tissue concentration of juvenile loach. 1.The effect of vitamin C on juvenile loach of growth and tissue concetrationThe result showed that with the extension to the vitamin C accumulation,the SGR of juvenile Loach increased obviously from 0 to 132.2mg/kg,significantly which is better than any other groups(P<0.05).With the increase of the vitamin C content, the concentration in liver and muscle rose firstly,and then fell down.We use the Broken-Line Equation to describe the best suitably supplement of vitamin C,150.5mg/kg was the best. 2.The effect of vitamin C on juvenile loach of nonspecific immunityThe concentration reached maximum value at 132.2mg/kg and 248.8mg/kg.So did the lysozyme,which reached maximum level at 362.6mg/kg(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity was rising.We used the specific growth rate to draw the Broken-Line Equation to describe the best suitably supplement of vitamin C,Finally,in our practice, 150.5mg/kg was the best. 3.The effect of Vitamin C and compound feedstuff additive in growth,immunity and body composition.We will add some Bacillus subtilis with the Vitamin C is 150.5mg/kg,Which content is 1×109cfu/g,2×109cfu/g,3×109cfu/g on that basis.The three kind of feed will feed the o pposite 25 loachs for 30 days.The result showed that when the Bacillus subtilis content is 2×109cfu/g,The WGR and SGR will reached maximum level.The Protease,lipase and am ylase level is reached the best stage.The Bacillus subtilis content have no effect on the b ody composition.
