| Objective:The purpose of this study is to determine pepper aphid species, and systematic investigation of Occurrence of peppers aphids cotton bollworm in the Northern region of Xinjiang, while filtering out the kind of safe pesticide which has good control effect between the aphids and cotton bollworm.To providing a theoretical basis and technical support for the control of pepper mainly pest in the Nothern area.Methods: The type of peppers aphids was quickly identify by making use of Morphological identification and DNA barcode technology, and the aphid(Aphis gossypii Glover and Myzus persicae(Sulzer) and cotton bollworm dynamics population was observed using point survery in pepper fields in Shihezi area. the agent virulence was determined to peppers aphids and cotton bollworm by using the leaf dipping or field spraying measured control effect.Results:10 parts mitochondrial cytochrome C oxidase subunit I(COI) 638 bp sequence of the gene was obtained by using DNA barcoding technology. And while taking advantage of morphological identification and DNA barcoding determining which includes a total of two kinds of aphid, Myzus persicae(Sulzer) and Aphis gossypii Glover. Trends of Both the number of aphid population was evident, and Aphis gossypii Glover population is significantly higher than the number of Myzus persicae(Sulzer). the population occurrence and damage period of A. gossypii Glover and M. persicae(Sulzer) is from May 31 st to August23 rd, and from June 24 th to July 15 th is the population peak period. In the 7 agents, nicotine and matrine have the highest toxicity, and the LC50 is 1mg/L; pymetrozine is the lowest toxic one, and LC50 is 318 mg/L.Descending order by toxicity is matrine, avermectin, matrine, rotenone, veratrine, acetamiprid and pymetrozine.The population occurrence and damage period of pepper Helicoverpa armigera(Hǜbner) larva is from Early July to early September, and from In mid-July to lateg is the population peak period.Several test agent virulence difference is more significant, chlorpyrifos is the highest toxicity, and the LC50 is 22 mg/L,veratridine is the lowest toxic one, and LC50 is 15845 mg/L, Descending order by toxicity is chlorpyrifos,matrine, spinetoram,chlorantraniliprole,avermectin, thiacloprid, veratridine. The first 48 hours after treatment, control effect of 4000× spinetoram SC, 3200× chlorpyrifos, 2000×0.3% matrine is 93.3%, 89.5%and 75.2%, is significantly higher than other 4 agents.72 hours after the treatment, 1000×chlorantraniliprole suspended, 1.8%×1000 avermectin EC is 85.3%, 74.5%, 2% thiacloprid capsule suspensions and 0.5%veratridine poor solutions can control effect.are the lower effect.Conclusion: 10 parts of aphid samples obtained by morphological and molecular identification, and involving a total of 2 genera and 2 species, which belong to tumor aphid genus and aphid genus, and identified as Aphis gossypii Glover and Myzus persicae(Sulzer). 0.3% ×4000 matrine, 5% ×2000acetamiprid and 25% ×2000 pymetrozine Applies to Xinjiang pepper aphid control(aphids spraying is recomended in the early stages, the focus of pepper spray in the lower part). 4000× spinetoramSC, 3200×chlorpyrifos, 2000 ×0.3% matrine agent suitable for Xinjiang pepper bollworm control. |
