In this paper, through theoretical analysis and experimental study on the method of combining according to different control mode, the different soil environment, tractors and other factors on the satellite navigation automated driving research on the effects of technology on the cotton planting operation,analyzes the satellite autonomous navigation technology in planting operation, the advantages and problems of the application of and put forward the feasible scheme, at the same time to explore suitable for planting operation unit supporting scheme of satellite navigation automated driving technology. The main research content includes the following several aspects.Using literature research, access to relevant data, further study of the domestic and foreign satellite navigation of autonomous technology in planting operation research present situation, application status and structure principle, lay a foundation for the field performance test plan formulation.Using the survey method, to research, scientific research, production, sales and other related department know about satellite navigation knowledge such as automatic driving equipment structure,working principle, and in cotton planting season in cotton fields research satellite autonomous navigation technology application on cotton planting mechanization operation, provide technical support for field experiment.For the field test method, carries on the field performance test, the key technology of satellite navigation automated driving planting operation straightness, adjacent spacing error key performance indicators such as field performance test, mainly studies the key technology of the technical indicators can meet agricultural planting operation of quality requirements, improve the technology of field performance test methods.USES the comparison analytic method, mainly for autonomous satellite navigation technology and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional artificial planting between driving of the tractor and electromagnetic control, hydraulic flow control, and the size of the different power tractors and under the environment of sand, clay and other factors on the quality of satellite navigation automated driving technology planting operation experiment analysis, test results show that the traditional artificial driving adjacent spacing planting operation maximum deviation 40 mm, adjacent spacing deviation from the mean value of 32 mm; Satellite autonomous navigation technology planting operation adjacency maximum deviation 20 mm spacing, adjacent spacing deviation from the mean value of 12 mm.Using data analysis method, through to the satellite navigation of autonomous technology in planting operation test data research, exploration satellite autonomous navigation technology in the process of planting operation unit matching scheme, at the same time for its technology in this paper summarizes the problems existing in the use process analysis, put forward feasible improvement scheme.In this paper, experimental study on satellite navigation automated driving technology application in cotton planting operation process, influencing factors, and the ways to solve problems, this paper discussesthe satellite navigation automated driving of advanced and applicable technology, through the experimental research results can be satisfactory, and for autonomous satellite navigation technology application in cotton planting operation provides the technical support, demonstration of satellite navigation automated driving technology promotion has certain practical significance.
