With the rapid development of satellite navigation technology and the continuous improvement of positioning accuracy, satellite navigation is often used in the automatic driving operation of agricultural machinery in agricultural production.Especially in the reclamation area of Heilongjiang and other large state-owned farm production operations, this greatly improves the production efficiency and reduce the cost of agricultural production.In recent years, with the Beidou satellite navigation system be into civil, there are a large number of independent research and development of agricultural satellite navigation products in our country. In order to test the accuracy of the field operation, we need to test and evaluate the operation quality of agricultural machinery with satellite navigation. A set of evaluation method for the accuracy of the automatic driving operation of agricultural machinery satellite navigation was studied and designed. According to the characteristics of the automatic operation of agricultural machinery with satellite navigation, Using a satellite navigation receiver with high precision by single point positioning method for data acquisition of agricultural satellite navigation and automatic driving ridging work quality, The data analysis and processing are carried out by the software of the automatic driving operation accuracy evaluation of agricultural machinery. The evaluation index of ridge automatic driving work precision machinery to satellite navigation and straightness and parallelism between ridges, Quantitative analysis on the accuracy of automatic driving operation of agricultural machinery satellite navigation.Firstly,based on the analysis of the development status at home and abroad of agricultural technology and agricultural satellite navigation and satellite navigation operation quality detection method, proposed in our country for the evaluation method of agricultural satellite navigation and automatic driving precision of the operation is little, so as to determine the research scheme and technical route, research content, research direction, clear ideas and goals.Secondly, according to the foreign research methods of the precision of the satellite navigation,combined with the domestic agricultural satellite navigation and automatic operation of the application field, determine the test method. Thirdly, according to the characteristics of the test methods and the ridging work determines the evaluation index of agricultural machinery,satellite navigation and autopilot operation accuracy, and model evaluation indexes andevaluation methods. Again, through the field test to collect data, and assessment through the evaluation method, the evaluation results were compared with the actual operation quality, verify the feasibility and accuracy of the research of the evaluation method. Finally, in order to simplify the evaluation process, the evaluation software of automatic driving operation for a precision agricultural satellite navigation, and to verify the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation software data processing by software test data processing results with SPSS, MATLAB and EXCEL data processing.Through the field test, according to the test and evaluation methods of this study, the use of ridge to linearity and parallelism between the ridge can be obtained in four test plots, the minimum RL value is 2.70 cm, the maximum RL value is 4.59 cm, the minimum RMS value is3.36 cm, the maximum RMS is 5.55cm; the minimum PBR value is 5.16 cm, the maximum PBR value is 16.88 cm, the minimum RMS value is 6.76 cm, the maximum RMS value is 24.72 cm.Among them, the automatic driving operation of agricultural machinery satellite navigation in the work of the 1 plots of the highest accuracy, 3 plots of the lowest operating accuracy.According to the evaluation method of the precision of the automatic driving operation, the accuracy of the test data can be collected, and the accuracy of the automatic driving operation of the farm machinery is evaluated. The use of agricultural machinery design and development of the satellite navigation research in automatic driving accuracy assessment software, can realize the rapid and accurate test data analysis and processing, improve the evaluation method of practical value and promotion value, made a good attempt to evaluate agricultural domestic satellite navigation precision automatic driving operation.
