The purpose of the current study was to investigate nine different peanut varieties obtained from the same local soil, climate and other natural conditions in Jilin Province of China. We compared the differences in plant trait, photosynthesis, physiological indicators, economic coefficient, yield and quality of workmanship. Jilin province is characterized by larger proportion of land for peanut cultivation as compared to other crops and therefore, the higher the cultivation-yield, the greater the significance on screening and processing for better development of the industrial structure. The actual results and high-yield cultivation theory were further analyzed. The results are as follows:1. Comparative analysis between different peanut varieties yield and quality. The yield and yield components of different varieties were significantly different, and the final yield result was HY40> FH3> JH11> FH2> FH1> HY41> JH3> HY33>HY31. The economic coefficient of HY40 and FH3 is the top two, while HY31 is the lowest. The crude protein content of JH11 was as high as 28.21%, followed by JH3, and HY40 is the lowest. Crude fat content of JH3 was highest, followed by JH11, and the content of HY31 was only 24.02%.2. Differences in plant traits among different peanut cultivars. After the seedling stage with the plant vegetative growth, the main stem height difference begin to emerge. Finally, HY31、 HY33 and HY41 are lower than other varieties, while FH3 is the highest. Length-width ratio of JH11 is the smallest, and FH3 is the biggest. The number of leaves in the whole growth stage first increased and then decreased, and finally, FH3、HY40 and JH11 had the highest number of leaves. The LAI index curve is "parabola" form, the early growth of FH1 and FH2 was higher than other varieties, but later decreased rapidly,JH11、HY40 and JH3 respectively occupy the top three advantages.3.Difference between diurnal changes of photosynthetic indexes of peanut varieti es. Each peak of soluble sugar content appears in the pod or full of fruit, and then have a downward trend. By SOD, POD activity of two enzymes and MDA content protecti on see JH11, HY40 FH3 growth period and has a good self-protection mechanisms, in particular to the late two protection activity than other varieties, MDA content more moderate growth rate.In conclusion, according to the comparison of the above several aspects,JH11 has the best plant growth characteristics and photosynthetic physiological regulation ability,its advantages are highlighted in terms of quality,and its yield was only lower than HY40,HY40 also has the highest yield and lowest quality,FH3 between these two varieties;FH1 and FH2 grew strong than orthers in the early stages of growth, at late sage their leaves falling fast,and the signs of aging is more obvious than other varieties,but they have the superior performance at yield and quality. The yield of JH3 ranked only seventh,while its has the best quality. HY33 and HY41 are at a moderate level, and the indicators have no obvious advantages or disadvantages. HY31 has the worst performance in all aspects. The analysis showed that the yield and quality were not significantly negatively correlated.
