In this thesis, we investigated the phytal animals community of Undaria pinnatifida in Zhangzi Island artificial reef area in January, June,September and spatial variations of the composition, distribution, biomass, the dominant species, diversity index, richness index and evenness index of phytal animals community were studied and analyzed using One-Way ANOVA,cluster analysis and multi-dimensional scaling(MDS). The main results are summarized as follows:1、 Species composition:forty one species were identified, belonging to 9 classes(Crustacea, Gastropoda, Lamellibranchia, Ciliata, Coelenterata, Pycnogonida, Polyplacophora, Ophiuroidea, Polychaeta);2、 Density and biomass: January attached animal average density is 1176.06 g/m2, the average biomass was 1.50g/m2,In June the average density of 5444.16 g/m2, the average biomass of 6.40 g/m2,In September, the average density was 4822.07 g/m2, the average biomass was 4.14 g/m2;3、 Dominant groups and dominant species: 5 dominant groups and 14 dominant species were found, Crustacea and Gastropoda become common dominant species, The common dominant species was Assiminea sp, Homolopoma nocturnum, Tisbe furcate, Genus Stentelia, Enhydrsoma, Copepodite lara;4、 biodiversity index: the highest diversity index of Shannon-Wiener appeared in September(2.0238),the lowest value appeared in June(1.5247); the highest value Pielou evenness index appeared in September(0.5893), The lowest value appeared in June(0.4133),the richness index of the highest value in June(3.4448), the lowest value appeared in January(2.1859);5、 Cluster analysis and NMDS analysis: January was divided into 2 cluster groups, June was divided into 4 cluster groups September was divided into 5 cluster groups;6、 ANOSIM analysis:all stations between the attachment of animal community structure in January(p=0.001) and June(p=0.001) was significant difference, the September difference was not significant;7、 SIMPER analysis: the three survey stations of the average similarity was high, the average difference was low, the contribution rate of the highest value from Crustacea;8、 Pearson correlation analysis: PH, TP and TN had no significant effect on the density and biomass of phytal animals in the three survey, Water temperature, salinity, DO, chlorophyll was only for significant influence for some phytal animal groups.The results provided basic information for understanding the ecosystem structure and function in Zhangzi Island artificial reef area.
