This paper mainly Kazakh lambs weaned early as the research object, through the growth performance, blood biochemical parameters and slaughtering performance, organ development, the determination of its quality meat and gastrointestinal tissue morphology, combined with early weaning on postnatal ewe body condition recovery and detection of hormone levels influence to obtain until a suitable model of the region to promote lamb farming. Tested in accordance with basically the same lamb born age, body weight(5.75 ±0.54kg) close, consistent gender(♂), as well as fetal ewes lambing times consistent with the principles of the 40 Kazakh lambs were randomly divided into four groups, denoted as 30 d weaning group, 38 d weaning group, 45 d weaning group and control group, early weaned lambs were fed the same milk replacer, controls the mother’s breast-feeding. Then the following research:(1) when the weight of lambs were 30,38,45 and60 days of age, body height, body length, and bust. Performed 60 days before the morning feeding blood to measure their blood biochemical parameters;(2) 60 days from the 30 d, 38 d, 45 d and control groups each selected five similar weight lambs, fattening to slaughter 90 d, analysis early weaning effect on slaughter performance, meat quality and organ development.(3) through the rumen papillae length, density nipple, measuring height and crypt depth of small intestine villi, analyze the impact of early weaning lambs gastrointestinal tissue morphology.(4) from the 30 d, 38 d, 45 d and control groups each selected five similar weight postpartum ewes were observed in the postpartum, postpartum weight change month and two months postpartum and postnatal 60 d, starting at continuous blood 20 d, analyze the impact of early weaning on postpartum ewes progesterone and estrogen levels. The conclusions are as follows:1, the implementation of early weaned lambs fed milk replacer rational nutrition, to promote growth and development of early weaned lambs, so early weaned lambs have popularized significance. Among them, the lamb weaned at 38 days of age weight gain is particularly prominent. Early weaning group and the control group lambs little overall difference in blood biochemical parameters, indicating that early weaning does not affect the state of health and physical activity of the Lamb.2, early weaning lambs slaughtered help improve performance, promote organ development, improve meat quality; by comparing the measurement results of the indicators shows that the implementation of the Kazakh lambs early weaning is feasible and lambs weaned at 38 days of age compared with the effect of it is good.3, when the young lamb rumen development will directly affect the intake and digestion adult absorptive capacity. Suitable weaning age and promoting digestion and absorption of lamb intestine. Early weaned lambs milk replacer feeding, increasing its weight rumen, rumen papillae density and the length of the nipple, but premature weaning will affect the recovery of the intestinal villi, reducing digestion and absorption capacity. By comparison 3 test results weaning group and the control group shows that Kazakh lambs weaned at 38 d or 45 d which is more conducive to the promotion of the development of the gastrointestinal tract.4, is conducive to early weaning ewes postpartum weight recovery, have a good body condition and lay a solid foundation for the protection of breeding ewes to advance into the next cycle. Earlier weaning, ewes body condition recovery(by weight) more obvious, ewe body condition wherein 30 d weaning group restore optimal. Ewe body condition early recovery, help the estrous cycle in advance, up to the test group 30 d weaning oestrus number. The content of progesterone and estradiol were higher early weaning group, and no significant differences in hormone levels between early weaning group showed that early weaning help restore the body ewe reproductive function. In summary, the implementation of the Kazakh lambs early weaning is feasible and recommended the implementation of the Kazakh 38 d weaning lambs.
