Tobacco belongs to the solanaceous nicotiana, is not onlyan important economic crop, but also be used as model plant for botanical research. This study choosed Yunyan 87 as test material, set 14 days early transplanting(T1), normal transplanting time(T2), and14 days later transplanting(T3)in three representativefragrance type tobacco areas of Huaning ecoregion, Ninger ecoregionand Yongsheng ecoregion. The changes of mainly meteorological factors, agronomic characters, morphological structure, contents of tobacco leaves and transcription factors were analyzed, the results showed that:From the point of climate factor of Huaning, Ninger and Yongsheng tobacco area,T2 had a more appropriate temperature and rainfall in transplanting period, the temperature difference between day and night was higher in prosperous growing stage, and sunshine hours was longer, average temperature of mature period was higher, rainfall was rich.Comprehensive analysis the agronomic characters, morphological structure, contents of tobacco leaves,yield and output value of three tobacco area showed that the normal transplanting treatment T2 is the suitable transplanting period of Yunyan87 flue-cured tobacco.The trend analysis of Huaning T2-T1-T3 showed a higher temperature difference between day and nightof T2 leading to high expression of the tobacco stress-related transcription factor in prosperous growing stage, and had some high expression of tobacco flowering pathway associated transcription factors in mature period. Trend analysis of Ninger T2-T3-T1 showed that high expression of MYB family of transcription factors which mainly involved in plant pigment synthesis pathway in prosperous growing and mature stage, indicated that T2 had higher photosynthetic performance, better agronomic traits and morphological indexes.Trend analysis of Yongsheng T2-T3-T1 showed that T2 high temperature difference between day and night in prosperous growing stage leading to high expression transcription factorsthat responsestress, high expression of the growth and developmental pathways regulating transcription factors in mature stagesuggested that T2 is not completely aging period, it may be appropriate to delay the harvest period.The trend analysis of different ecoregion oftransplanting normal processing showed that Huaning characteristics expression of transcription factors on growth and development in prosperous period and mature period. Specific transcription factors for prosperous periodof Ninger were the environmental stress response factorsand transcription factors involved in the signaling pathway. Yongsheng ecological zone expressed specific in prosperous period for CCAAT-HAP3, involved in chlorophyll synthesis, and the expression of ERF transcription factor, mainly in the process of environmental stresses and hormone stimulation,mature periodexpressed transcription factors mainly concentrated in the growth and development of transcription factors AUX-IAA, bZIP and TCP etc.
