The tobacco transplanting time is the essentiallink of tobacco production,transplanting time differently, the climatic conditions in flue-cured tobacco growthperiod are different, so the tobacco's growth and output have difference. Thereforestudy growth characteristic under different transplanting time, the rule of chang onfresh tobacco leaf tissue structure as well as the relations between the quality offlue-cured tobacco and the climatic conditions,it is very important to promote thetobacco to live quickly, improve the tobacco leaf maturity, then improve tobacco leaftissue structure and chemical composition content, and then improve the proportion ofthe tobacco of center superior and the usability. This research take the variety K326 ofHunan Province's host assupplies as the material of the experiment, study theinfluence of the transplanting time on tobacco leaf tissue structure and thequality: emphatically discuss the influence of transplanting time on tobacco leaf tissuestructure and the quality in Shimen and Jiahe two tobacco ecological areas, therelation between flue-cured tobacco intrinsic chemical composition and main climaticfactor as well as the rule of change of tobacco leaf tissue structure under differentclimatic conditions and different maturity. The main results were indicated as follows:1,the research on the influence of transplanting time on the agronomiccharacters,the period of growth and the economical character indicated that: eachagronomic character of treat A is superior to other treats in Jiahe; while eachagronomic character of treat C is the best, treats D,E next, A,B worst inShimen. The growth period of each treat has obvious difference: The time length ofprosperous and top reduces along with the transplanting time postponing in each treatof Jiahe and Shimen. Each economic character of treat A is the best, B,C next, D,E worst in Jiahe; while each economic character of treat C is the best, A,B next, D,E worst in Shimen.2,the research on the influence of transplanting time on the chemical composition indicated that: The total nitrogen content gradually elevate along with thetransplanting time postponing in Jiahe; while the total nitrogen content of treat A,Eare the highest, C next,B,D lowest in Shimen.The nicotine content of Jiahe is higherthan Shimen's, each treat displays the trendcy which first elevates after reduces; whileeach treat displays the trendcy which first reduces after increases in Shimen. The totalsugar content of Jiahe is lower than Shimen's; the total sugar content presents thetrendcy which first increases after reduces along with the transplanting timepostponing in Shimen. The starch content of Jiahe is higher than Shimen's, while thestarch content gradually elevates along with transplanting time postponing inJiahe. The potassium content of Jiahe is lower than Shimen's; while the potassiumcontent gradually elevate along with the transplanting time postponing in Shimen. Thechlorinity content of two areas is in the suitable scope, while the chlorinity content ofeach treat in two areas demonstrates the trendcy which first reduces after elevatesalong with the transplanting time postponing. The ratio of total sugar/nicotine inJiahe is lower than Shimen's; white the ratio of total sugar/nicotine in Shimendemonstrates the change rule which first elevates after reduces along with thetransplanting time postponing. The ratio of potassium/chlorine in Jiahe and Shimenpresents the trendcies which first elevates after reduces along with the transplantingtime postponing.3,the research on the influence of transplanting time on the tobacco leaf tissuestructure indicated that: The ratio of stockade tissue thickness/sponge tissue thicknesspresent the trendcy which reduces along with the transplanting time postponing inpre-mature leaf; the length of stockade cell and the cell number of unit length stockadepresent the trendcies which first elevate after reduce along with the transplanting timepostponing. The thickness of leaf,stockade tissue,sponge tissue and the width ofstockade ceil all present the trendcies which first reduces after elevates along with thetransplanting time postponing in suitable ripe leaf; the ratio of stockade tissuethickness/sponge tissue thickness presents the trendcy which reduces along with thetransplanting time postponing, the percentage of void between cells is situatedbetween16.02% and 23.25%. The thickness of leaf is C>D>A>B in excessively ripe leaf; the ratio of stockade tissue thickness/sponge tissue thickness is A>D>B>C; the percentage of void between cells is B>C>D>A.4,The relation between partly chemical components and climatic factorsindicated that: Partly chemical components of Hunan flue-cured tobacco of 35tobacco leaf samples from 5 mainly producing tobacco counties (city) and 31 maindata on climatic factors there are analyzed generally by single regression and gradualregression analysis. The results show that: it is the T≥10℃Ctemperatureaccumulation, shining time in tobacco season that mainly influence total sugar offlue-cured tobacco. Main climatic factors influencing tobacco potassium content isday temperature deduction in tobacco leaf maturity period, the 3rd month averagerainfall and 4th month average temperature in tobacco season. It is days whenT≥35℃in 150d of tohacco whole growth growth,the 3rd month average rainfall andtemperature accumulation in harvesting period that influence the ratio of sugar tonicotine of flue-cured tobacco.5,Analyses of flue-cured tobacco appearance quality factors indicated that:Factor analyses method are applied to study the factor of appearance quality offlue-cured tobacco in Hunan main tobacco production areas. The result show that thecumulative contribution made by the former 3 factors for appearance quality is above96.202%. Maturity factor(slickness or light green,organ structure and maturity),color factor(luster,color harmony degree)and body are main factors affectingappearance quality, while there is a positive correlation among three factors.
