With the development of poultry aquaculture industrialization, poultry breeding environment need to be improved. To the control of birdhouse environment parameter, the coupling relationship between temperature and humidity makes it difficult to reach the set value at the same time. So it is necessary to do the poultry environment controller research, detect real-time temperature and humidity, to meet the growth of poultry environment.In this paper we will design a multi-function birdhouse environmental control system based on fuzzy PID decoupling algorithm, mainly do the environment controller system hardware design and relevant software design, including design of each function module and control algorithm. We choose DSP as Master IC, which calculates more accurate, support complex operation. 3.2 inch touch-screen with SD card extension makes the interface more humane. Wireless communication module sends the data to a remote terminal, which can realize the function of remote monitor. WINCC is used to real-time online data collection, easy to statistics and computation. Mobile phone client software application based on the android, bring more convenience for real-time birdhouses monitoring. Data acquisition module and relay control module initialize, relay control module controls 18 normal outputs, and acquisition of control temperature and humidity, which is crucial to the initialization. First close all the inputs and outputs, after the initialization of AD collection module and self-tuning fuzzy PID decoupling control algorithm, the open the temperature and humidity acquisition channel, get the processing results to control the18 outputs. Establish new birdhouse structure model, according to the poultry day-age and temperature and humidity, ventilation rate and light, use self-tuning fuzzy PID decoupling control algorithm. With the fuzzy control algorithm get real-time measurement data to get the PID adjust parameters, unit matrix decoupling principle makes the temperature and humidity control decouple. By the experiment and simulation, it shows that the system response is rapid, high sensitive good stable.
