With the improvement of living standards,consumers' demand for poultry products is increasing rapidly,and the quality and safety of livestock and by-products are closely related to our lives.However,due to the non-standard management of poultry and animal husbandry,the quality and safety of poultry and animal by-products continue to emerge,such as Clenbuterol,African swine fever,and bird flu.Therefore,it is urgen to improve the quality of farmed products and improve the environment for livestock breeding.This article takes the representative laying hens in poultry as the research object,by analyzing the development status of domestic and foreign breeding industry and the problems in China.Based on the internal and external environmental impact mechanism of the poultry house,a set of low-cost,easy-to-operate intelligent environmental control system for poultry house integrating single-chip technology,PID control,sensor technology,wireless communication technology and breeding technology is designed.The poultry house environmental monitoring and control system is mainly composed of environmental information collection module,environmental control module,host computer monitoring module and wireless communication module.Because there are many collection nodes and control objects in the poultry house environmental information,this article chooses AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer as the hardware and software of the microcontroller connection system.According to the environmental control requirements of the poultry house,the hardware system mainly uses DS18B20 temperature sensor,HS1101 humidity sensor,BH1750 FVI light sensor,ME4-NH3,etc.as the detection elements to monitor the environmental information in the poultry house in real time,and uses Zig Bee technology to communicate the collection and transmission of poultry house information.In order to improve the reliability of the control system,the identification of the control system is based on the analysis of the temperature and humidity mathematical model of the poultry house and the step response,and the neural network PID controller is used to control the fan,humidifier and other modules to effectively control the temperature and humidity and other environmental specifications,and construct a multivariable PID decoupling controller based on BP neural network.Then,use MATLAB to model and simulate the system to verify the control effect.The host computer display module uses the host computer designed by Delphi software to realize the real-time display and monitoring of the poultry house environment.The software part mainly uses C language to program and debug the software design,and realizes the collection,collation and control of environmental monitoring data.Because the RS-485 bus has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability,low price and high reliability,as well as the harsh environment of the poultry house,this article chooses RS-485 as the field bus between the microcontroller and the controller.The design of the poultry house environmental control system is to better guide practical activities.Finally,in this article,three chicken houses were selected as control objects in Weifang A chicken farm,and the practical value of the system was verified through comparative experiments.The experimental results have shown that the poultry house environmental monitoring system can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the information control of the stability of the measurement and control process and the environmental temperature and humidity,and adapt to the requirements of modern livestock and poultry industry scientific production and automated management,and also have good practical value and application prospects.
