An Acremonium hansfordii strain was isloated from natural infected larvae of the Myzus persicae,which belonged to the Deuteromycotina, Hyphomycetes, Moniliales, Moliliaceae. The machining process and production process of Acremonium hansfordii conidial granule were optimised,two common forms of test products were got.They were Acremonium hansfordii wettable powders(WP) and micro-powders(MDP).To make two common forms of test products can be applied to the biological control of agricultural production as soon as possible,this paper carried out laboratory toxicity determinations、pot experiments、field control effects and field applications of WP and MDP for common pests of the greenhouse vegetable and field crops.The main results are as follows:Through five concentrations of spores of Acremonium hansfordii conidial granule against nine kinds of pests:Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris 、 Brevicoryne brassicae Linnaeus 、Trialeurodes vaporariorum Westwood、Artogeia rapae、Plutella xylostella L.、Spodoptera litura Fabricius、Liriomyza Sativae Blanchard、Tetranychus truncates Ehara and Tetranychus urticae Koch.A total of nine kinds of pests were carried out the laboratory toxicity determinations.The results showed that the spores of Acremonium hansfordii had a higher virulence against nine kinds of pests with the LC50 of 3.20E+07spores/m L, 1.41E+07spores/m L, 1.12E+07spores/m L, 2.14E+07spores/m L, 4.44E+06spores/m L, 2.67E+10spores/m L, 1.03E+08spores/m L, 4.63E+08spores/m L, 6.16E+08spores/m L after 7d treatedrespectively.With the treatment time and concentration increasing,the corrected mortalities of above nine kinds of pests were also increasing.With more than 95% Acremonium hansfordii live spores processed 5.8×109spores/g WP and 9.8×109spores/g MDP carried out pot experiments against A.pisum Harris、P.xylostella L.、T.truncates Ehara.The results showed that: The corrected mortality of three kinds of pests were 73.51%、51.71% and 51.36% respectively after 9d by 760mg/m2 WP.The corrected mortality would be over 64.96% after 11 d treating by 380mg/m2 and 760mg/m2 WP.Their corrected mortality of A.pisum Harris and T.truncates Ehara were much better than the CK.The corrected mortality of A.pisum Harris were 61.31% and 70.29% respectively after 9d and 11 d treating by 600mg/m2 MDP.Meanwhile,the corrected mortality of P.xylostella L. were 53.00%、68.14% and the corrected mortality of T.truncates Ehara were 48.27%、60.75%.Two preparations of Ahy1 for the plants with no adverse effects.With WP and MDP carried out field control effects for A.pisum Harris and T.truncates Ehara.The results showed that:The control efficiencies of A.pisum and T.truncates Ehara were 50.62%、66.74% respectively after 7d treated by 500g/667m2.The control efficiencies of A.pisum and T.truncates Ehara were much better than the CK.Their control efficiencies were 74.60% and 72.57% respectively after 14 d treated by 500g/667m2 WP.The control efficiencies of A.pisum and T.truncates Ehara were 57.49%、66.44% respectively after 7d treated by 400g/667m2.The control efficiencies of A.pisum and T.truncates Ehara were much better than the CK.Their control efficiencies were 70.19%、73.37% respectively after 14 d treated by 400g/667m2 MDP.Visible,the corrected mortality of WP and MDP against A.pisum and T.truncates Ehara increased gradually with treatment time lasting and the control efficiencies were higher than chemical pesticides.Through field application technology of WP and MDP,the results showed that:The control efficiency of A.pisum was 64.8% by comprehensive formula for spraying method after 14 d treatment.The control efficiency of A.pisum was 60.4% by comprehensive formula for dusting method after 14 d treatment.The control efficiencies of A.pisum were 74.68% and 51.62% respectively after 14 d treatment at high temperature and high humidity conditions in the facility and greenhouse.The control efficiencies of A.pisum were 70.30% and 47.49% respectively after 14 d treatment at the same conditions in the facility and greenhouse.The control efficiency of WP and pyridaben mixed was 69.94% after 7d treated. The control efficiency was 70.64% after 14 d treated.
