With the continuous development of society, The improving of the Internet of things technology, Chinese agriculture will certainly obtain further development.The aquaculture industry will also change from the original manual operation into automation integrated operation. At present, traditional Chinese aquaculture industry is faced with lack of fully integrated automation degree and the detection of the phenomenon of lack of water quality parameters, In this paper, according to current situation of domestic traditional aquaculture industry and high-density breeding difficulties,this paper puts forward the design scheme of the PLC aquaculture wireless measurement and control system based on kingview.This paper analyzes the internal and external development of aquaculture, established the dissolved oxygen as the main parameter to be tested,coming up with the design scheme of the PLC aquaculture wireless measurement and control system based on kingview. This paper expounds the overall design the hardware structure and software of this system. This system is made of the scene from slave stations the main monitoring level、remote monitoring level. Hardware system consists of signal acquisition module、the instruction execution module、the slave station controller、the main controller、touch screen GPRS-DTU module、server remote terminal, the scene from slave station is mainly composed of multiple Siemens PLC224XP 、signal acquisition module、the instruction execution module、GPRS-DTU module. The modulation circuit changes analog signal into 0 to 2.5 V signal.digital signal by PLC serial port using free port communication methods to collect and send data. Actuator MM420 frequency inverter controlled by PLC through the USS protocol, and PLC can control dissolved oxygen pump speed;The main monitoring level is made of Siemens PLC1200、GPRS DTU modules、Siemens TP700 touch screen. Master station and field slave station through wireless module for wireless Modbus-RTU can poll measurement and control.Server uses VB2010 programming. Using Winsock control for wireless data passthrough;Remote monitoring level by Kingview and smart phones monitoring, Wireless remote measurement and control. On the choice of control algorithm because of the controlled system for nonlinear system and time-varying parameters, So in this paper, combining with dissolved oxygen control features, based on the BP neural network PID control algorithm to achieve the control of dissolved oxygen.This system by practical application proves that the PLC aquaculture wireless measurement and control system based on kingview is stable and reliable running, control of dissolved oxygen instant stability. Control room uses kingview to monitor real-time and high stability. The long distance web monitoring of Kingview and smart phone wireless terminals can real-time detect water quality parameters, to avoid the serious consequences caused by parameters of not timely, reducing the economic loss. This system has high real-time performance. Operation is stable and reliable.It is important for on the Internet of things and fully integrated automation aquaculture development.
