China is a big aquaculture country,regardless of the scale of cultivation or the production of aquaculture,which ranks among the top in the world.China’s aquaculture is mostly extensive farming,which is likely to cause adverse effects such as water pollution and low quality of aquatic products.In order to improve the efficiency of aquaculture,it is necessary to improve the traditional extensive farming methods in the past,and the Internet of Things provides an opportunity for the development of the current aquaculture industry.Currently,most aquaculture monitoring systems are simply data monitoring.It can’t achieve precise intelligent control,and the real-time performance of data in the transmission process is not strong,and it is easy to cause packet loss.Therefore,it is necessary to apply fuzzy control to the intelligent monitoring field of aquaculture and develop an intelligent monitoring system based on the Internet of Things.This paper proposes and designs an intelligent monitoring system for aquaculture based on the Internet of Things,realizing the real-time collection of the three main water quality parameters of water temperature,pH and dissolved oxygen.Taking dissolved oxygen as the research object,using data processing,RBF fuzzy control and other techniques to accurately measure and predict dissolved oxygen concentration.At the same time,a remote monitoring system for water quality monitoring was developed to achieve real-time monitoring of water quality.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Design of data acquisition system for aquaculture water quality testing terminal.In the aspect of aquaculture sensors,the BPHT module and the dissolved oxygen sensor module are used to realize data collection of three parameters of temperature,pH and dissolved oxygen;In terms of data transmission,the RS485 serial port interface standards is adopted between the water quality terminal and the communication module,A user-defined data transmission protocol is used between the communication module and the host computer to prevent data loss.(2)The design of aquaculture water quality data preprocessing and RBF fuzzy control system.For the sensor to measure water quality parameters,there are problems such as data loss,invalidity and data redundancy,the wavelet transform algorithm is used to perform noise reduction on the collected parameters;For the dissolved oxygen sensor has the characteristics of nonlinearity,data lag,and is susceptible to multiple factors,the fuzzy control algorithm based on RBF neural network is used for design.Experiments show that this method can effectively reduce the number of samples and improve the accuracy of data without affecting the actual demand.(3)Design and implementation of aquaculture water quality monitoring system.A remote monitoring system for aquaculture water quality was designed to monitor the water quality monitoring terminal data.The monitoring system includes a host computer based on the Twisted non-blocking network framework and an intelligent monitoring center developed based on the MVC development framework;The upper computer adopts WebService technology to transmit the water quality environmental parameters collected from the GPRS communication module to the intelligent monitoring center;The front end of the intelligent monitoring center adopts Django and Ajax technology to realize real-time display of water quality environment parameters without refreshing the web page,and draw data curves for analysis and processing.Compared with the data measured by the commonly used water quality testing equipment and traditional experimental instruments,the system has high detection precision and good operation effect.
