Greenhouse is the type of the protected agriculture and its automation level will directly influence on the agricultural development of our country. Only when we invent the monitoring system that is consistent with the national situation, can we provide reliable basis for the intelligent controlling system of greenhouse and help our country’s agriculture turn into modernized agriculture.Basing on above problems, this article is aimed at exploring a greenhouse environment monitoring system that is cheap, simple and powerful. The system includes three parts:sensors, upper computer and lower computer. The sensors’ s task is to collect datas and send them to the lower computer whose core is single chip. Upper computer system can be divided into four parts:master control module, data collecting module, data showing module and data communicating module. The data collecting module’s task is to manage the figure signals which are send by the sensors. The data showing module’s task is to show the environmental datas on the LCD screen. The data communicating module’s task is to ensure the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer. Upper computer system takes the Labview as the tool for the software development. The system could show the current datas on the PC and store them.The experiment indicates that the whole system operates well and can meet the demands of the greenhouse environment monitoring for intelligentizing and precision.
