Biogas residue is the by-product of biogas project which is abundant of N,P and K. Biogas residue general apply in the fields as organic fertilizer after long- stem storage in the developed countries, but it will be wasting of resources and causing secondary pollution because Gas station can’t provide adequate place for storage in our country. In this paper, were intermittently forced aeration composting biogas, compost biogas realized parameter optimization, discusses the composting process N, variation of P, K and other elements, the use of compost product activity in experimental certification of biogas compared with urea fertilizer superiority by biogas compost pot experiments analyzed biogas compost fertilizer compared with chemical superiority. Although researchers had some study in biogas residue for composting that was the by-product of municipal waste as fermentation substrate, it’s still rarely reported that biogas residue compost which is the by- product of cow dung fermentation as substrate. In this paper, experiments were conducted to study the effect of aeration rates, foreign aid addit ives and C /N on intermittent forced-aeration composting of biogas residue, and discussed the element of N,P,K in the process of composting. Enzymatic activity assay of C omposting products confir med the superiority with urea. Pot experiment of C omposting products analyzed the superiority with compound fertilizer.Though the experiment of the influence of aeration rate on intermittent forced-aeration composting of biogas residue, we can understand the results were manifested that the higher aeration rate of 0.8 L/(min·kg O M) did not maintain a longer thermophilic phase. The fina l ammonia nitrogen content in pile of aeration rates of 0.2L/(min·kg OM) did not meet the limit value of 400 mg/kg, and the nitrate nitrogen was 2545,3146 and 2735 mg/kg, respectively. The final C /N was 16.5,14.1 and 15.6, and the fina l germination index(GI) was 92.2%,96.6% and 82.7%, respectively. The results of the experiment of cob and rice straw as foreign aid addit ives confir med that The decomposition rate of O M were36.1%,33.2%,respectively. The final ammonia nitrogen content can meet the limit value of 400 mg/ kg, and the nitrate nitrogen was 2932 、3188mg/kg, respectively, and the final germination index(GI) was 95.2、82.2, respectively. Using corncob as foreign aid additive residue compost three-dimensional fluorescence fulvic acid fluorescent peak increased obviously at the end of composting. The consequence of experiment of composting in different init ial C/N adjusted by cob showed that the moisture content were 44.3%,40.5% and 33.3% at the end of composting. The experimental group of init ial C /N that is 26 not only in favor of drying treatment method after composting but also can’t affect the process of composting on account of decreasing of the moisture content. The change of nutrient elements during the composting indicated that the content of N H4+-N was increased in the initial stage, and then decrease in the system since the effect of assimilation, nitrification and evaporation of ammonia. Dur ing the process, nitrification of nitrobacteria leaded to the increase of NO3--N, and inhibit ing effect also happened at a certain degree during the high temperature stage. With the composting, the content of organic matter decreased continuously, which leaded to the content of TP、TK and O lsen-K increased, the content of O lsen-P increase, then decreased, and the regularities of distribution of IP and O P in TP was not obvious. The soil applied with composting can maintain a high activity of urease, which was beneficial to improve the fertility of soil, and the characteristics of oxidation resistance can relieve the toxic action of hydrogen peroxide for microbiology, plant and soil. The experiment of optimum amount of compost showed that ryegrass have greater plant height, leaf length, leaf width, number of tillers and saturated photosynthetic rate, which compost to the soil is 1:10 or 1:5. Contrast experiment of residue compost and chemical compound fertilizer showed that adding residue compost have the obvious advantages.
