Analytical techniques such as gas chromatography(GC),GC mass spectrometry (MS),and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)allow for the determinatio-n of pesticides residues in tobacco samples. However, they have some disadvantages in the determination of pesticide rusidues for tobacco’s complex matrix. In this thesis, the paper developed a simple, rapid and accurate gel permeation chromatography (GPC) cleanup followed by High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for analysis of peticides residues in tobacco. This experiment was divided into the following sections:1、A new method using gel permeation chromatography (GPC) cleanup followed by High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) has been established for quantitative determination of Maleic hydrazide,Prowl and Butralin residues in tobacco. In the method, the samples were extracted ultrasonically with ethyl acetate-cyclohexane (1:1, v/v), The 10-25 min fraction was collected for subsequent analysis. The portions collected from GPC were detect by HPLC-MS/MS. The correlation coefficient of each suckercides was r>0.99. The relative standard derivations(RSD) of suckercides were between 1.10% and 7.45%, the recoveries fell within 86.2%~108.4%, the limits of detection for the method were 0.01~0.06μg/kg.2、A new method using gel permeation chromatography (GPC) cleanup followed by High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) has been established for quantitative determination of 47 pesticide residues in tobacco. In the method, the samples were extracted ultrasonically with ethyl acetate-cyclohexane (1:1, v/v), The 12-35 min fraction was collected for subsequent analysis. The portions collected from GPC were detect by HPLC-MS/MS. The correlation coefficient of each pesticide was r>0.99. The relative standard derivations(RSD) of Pesticide residues were between 1.00% and 10.80%, the recoveries fell within 61.35%~122.22%, the limits of detection for the method were 0.01~10.00μg/kg.
