There are so many kinds of antibiotic,and it is used more and more widely,but there isa phenomenon of antibiotic abuse in clinical,which can bring many side effects. So it is veryimportant for the detection of antibiotics and its compatibe medicines. It is very importantfor the human health and environment. The aim of this paper is to establish the new methodsfor effective separation and sensitive determination of ceftriaxone sodium and ribavirin inhuman urine;ceftriaxone sodium, metronidazole and levofloxacin in human urine. Itincludes four chapters as follows:Chapter1:The theory of the RP-HPLC and the structure of high performance liquidchromatographic instrument are introduced briefly,and the development of technology inrecent years for separation and detectiton for fluoroquinolones, cephalosporins,metronidazole,ribavirin and is reviewed.Chapter2: Ribavirin in combination with ceftriaxone sodium can cure childrenhand-foot-mouth disease and asthma of agedness. A new method for separation of ceftriaxonesodium and ribavirin in human urine is established. A good linearity was demonstratedbetween0.1–100μg/mL for ribavirin,0.31–62.5μg/mL for ceftriaxone sodium, with thecorrelation coefficients more than0.999.Their detection limits were0.025μg/mL and0.075μg/mL, respectively. The sensitivity,range of linearity and precision are satisfactory forordinary detection of clinical meet.Chapter3:A new method for separation of ceftriaxone sodium,metronidazole andlevofloxacin in human urine is established. The mobile phase was consisted of1.5mmol L-1KH2PO4(pH of4.5) with0.0125%triethylamine–methnol (70:30v/v).A good linearity wasdemonstrated between0.24–250μg·mL–1for ceftriaxone sodium,0.04–100μg·mL–1formetronidazole and0.98–125μg·mL–1for levofloxacin, with the correlation coefficients morethan0.999.Their detection limits were0.05μg·mL–1、0.01μg·mL–1and0.25μg·mL–1,respectively.This method is very sensitive and stable.Chapter4:conclusion...
