Objective To evaluate the clinical value of quantitative parameters of ultrasoundelectrograph in the diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods68patients with breast lumps, a total of92lesions, were given3quantitativeparameters elasticity imaging inspects. In the ultrasound electro-graph mode, measure threekinds of elasticity quantitative parameters(the maximum diameter ratio、the rate change indiameter and the area ratio).Regards postoperative and puncture, the pathology results as thegold standard, tumors was divided into two parts:benign,40cases,55lesions and malignant,28cases,37lesions. Compare3kinds of quantitative parameters, build ROC curve, to find ahighest accuracy parameter in identifying breast tumors, definiting the specificity andsensitivity optimal diagnostic threshold, to provide a more objective basis with identifybenign and malignant breast tumors. Results The ratios of tumor in maximum diameter ratio、the rate change in diameterand area ratio and in UE images and B-mode images were statistically different betweenbenign and malignant lesions(P<0.05).According to ROC analysis.Area under the curve:themaximum diameter ratio(0.897)> the rate change in diameter(0.884)>area ratio(0.849).Thecorresponding sensitivity and specificity is the maximum diameter ratio(85.9%、80.5%)、therate change in diameter (77.8%、90.2%)、the area ratio(85.2%、80.5%).Therefore diagnosticaccuracy of the ratio of maximum diameter was superior to the other two. When themaximum diameter ratio of1.15,the best diagnosis of the critical point in the ROC curve, thecorresponding sensitivity and specificity is85.9%、80.5%.Conclusions The three kinds of quantitative parameter analysis contribute toidentifying the benign and malignant of the breast lumps. The diagnostic accuracy of the ratio of maximum diameter was superior to the ate change in diameter、area ratio. Ultrasoundelastography quantitative parameters provide a quantitative diagnostic methods and a moreobjective theoretical basis for the diagnosis of breast tumors.
