Objective To Summarize the main influencing reasons of fecal soiling to provide atheoretical basis for clinic to reduce the incidence of postoperative fecal soiling throughmulti-factor analysis of fecal soiling of children with congenital anorectal malformations whohas been processed with anoplasty. Methods To Analyze children of congenital anorectal malformations128cases whowere processed by anoplasty surgery from December2001to July2011in the GeneralHospital of Ningxia Medical University retrospectively. Patients were followed up withdefecation, select10factors that may affect the postoperative fecal soiling as the independentvariables X, and to facilitate fecal soiling as the dependent variable Y, taking the significantlevel of0.05for unconditioned logistic regression analysis. Results Successful follow-up of108postoperative children with congenital anorectalmalformations, there were29cases (26.85%) developed fecal soiling postoperatively. Fourfactors such as congenital anorectal malformation type, re-anoplasty times, the degree ofwound healing and rectal prolapse entered in the unconditional logistic regression equation. The higher type of the congenital anorectal malformation type, more re-anoplasty times andworse wound healing or with postoperative rectal prolapse, the higher risk of fecal soilingwith posoperative congenital anorectal malformations children. Conclusion Four factors such as congenital anorectal malformation type, reanoplastytimes, degree of wound healing and rectal prolapse maybe correlate to postoperative fecalsoiling of children with congenital anorectal malformations.
