In the study, Sargentodoxa cuneata and Aspergillus versicolor were chosen as re-search sources to isolate and identified their chemical constituents. The chemical constitutes were separated ang purified by using various chromatographic methods, such assilica gel column chromatography, PR-C18reversed phase column chromatography, Senhadex LH-20, Medium pressure liquid chromatography, The SFC column chromatography, HPLC, preparative thin-layer chromatography, Crystallization and recrystallization, etal. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis (1D and2D-NMR、MS、IR、ECD、VCD、UV). Thirty compounds were isolated and purified from Sargentodoxa cuneata and Aspergillus versicolor, and they were known compounds.Twenty-three compounds were obtained from the etfehyl acetate and n-butanol extract of the traditional Chinese medicine Sargentodoxa cuneata. They are: salidroside(W-01),3,4-dihydroxy-phenethyl-β-D-glucopy ranoside (W-02),2-Phenylethyl-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1’’'6’)-β-D-glucopyranoside (W-03), eugenylβ-rutinoside (W-04), kiwiionoside(W-05),1-(3-methoxy-4-(((2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-((((2R,3R,4R,5R,6S)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)oxy)methyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)oxy)phenyl)ethanone (W-06),1-(4-(((2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-6-((((2R,3S,4R)-3,4-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)oxy)methyl)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)oxy)-3-methoxyphenyl)ethanone (W-07), oleanolic acid (W-08), madasiatic acid (W-09),7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-N-[7’-(4’-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-(E)-8-propenamide (W-10), chlorogenic acid (W-11),(-)-epicatechin (W-12),3,4-dihydroxy-benzaldehyde (W-13),4-Hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (W-14), p-hydroxyhenylethylcoumarate (W-15), chrysophanol (W-16),emodin (W-17), physcion (W-18), β-sitisterol (W-19), stigasterol (W-20), lupeol (W-21), daucsterol (W-22),3,5-O-dimethyl gallic acid (W-23). The compounds3-8and21were first find in the plant of Sargentodoxa cu-neata.Seven compounds were obtained from Aspergillus versicolor: thymine (ZS-01),5-methylbenzene-1,3-diol (ZS-02), uracil (ZS-03), pyrrolopiperazine-1,4-dione (W-04),3-(hydroxymethyl)cyclopentanol (W-05),3-isopropylhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4- dione (W-06),6-O-methylsterigmatocystin (W-07). The compounds1、3、6and7were first find from the Aspergillus versicolor.
