| Objective:To detect the expression level of CD44v6and c-met in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia and endometrioid adenocarcinoma, analyze the relationshipbetween the expression of the two proteins and clinical pathology,to explore theirroles in the occurrence and development process of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods:Accessing clinical data, selecting69cases of cancerous tissue paraffinspecimens of endometrioid adenocarcinoma pariens with surgery therapy in ourhospital,30cases of atypical hyperplasia during this period, and20cases of normalendometrium, with the application of immunohistochemical MaxVision to detect theexpression of c-met and CD44v6of the three groups.Results:1.The positive expression rates of CD44v6were25%,40%and85.5%in normalendometrium, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and endometrioid adenocarcinomatissues. The different expression of CD44v6in the three different tissues of theendometrium was statistically significant (P <0.05). In surgical-pathological I,II andIII-IV of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, the positive expression rates of CD44v6were78.94%,84.62%and91.67%, the difference was significant.In<1/2myometrialinvasion carcinoma tissues and≧1/2myometrial invasion carcinoma tissues, thepositive expression rates of CD44v6were75.86%and92.50%, the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05). In different degree of differentiation and presenceof lymph node metastasis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues, there was nostatistically significant difference of the positive expression rate of CD44v6(P>0.05).2.The positive expression rates of c-met were15.0%,36.67%and52.17%in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and endometrioidadenocarcinoma tissues,There were significant differences bwteen the three groups(P<0.05).In surgical-pathological tage I,II and III-IV of endometrioidadenocarcinoma, the positive expression rates of c-met were36.84%,50.0%and66.67%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In different degree ofdifferentiation, different depth of myometrial invasion and presence of lymph nodemetastasis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues, there was no significantdifference of the positive expression rate of c-met (P>0.05).3. There was no significant correlation between the expression of CD44v6andc-met in the endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues.(r=-0.145, P=0.222).Conclusion:1.The expression of CD44v6in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasiaendometrium, endometrial adenocarcinoma showing a rising trending. Theexpression of CD44v6had relationship with clinical stage and myometrialinvasion. It may be involved in the development, progression and invasion ofendometrioid adenocarcinoma.2.The expression of c-met in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasiaendometrium, endometrial adenocarcinoma showing a rising trending. The expressionof c-met positively correlated with clinical stage, but had nothing to do with thedegree of differentiation, myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis.Theresults suggest c-met may participate in regulating the occurrence and development ofendometrioid adenocarcinoma.3. There was no correlation between the expression of CD44v6and c-met inendometrioid adenocarcinoma, suggest that the two proteins may play a role alone inthe regulation of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, or there is only a little correlation. |
