Relationship Of Preoperative Serum PSA、PSAD And Gleason Score、Clinical Stage In Patients With Prostate Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the correlation between serum PSA、PSAD and Gleasonscore、clinical stage in patients with prostate cancer．Materials and Methods:From march2012to June2013，a survey has been studiedretrospectively on patients with prostate cancer diagnosed by pathology in AffiliatedHospital of Qinghai University， Gleason score and clinical stage were determinedOn the basis of pathological examination and clinic material in prostate Cancerpatients. Spearman rank correlation was applied to evaluate the correlation betweenGleason score，clinic stage and serum PSA，PSAD.Results:1.The relationship between serum total PSA level and Gleason score ofprostate cancer：the level of serum PSA positively correlated with Gleason score ofprostate cancer．(rs=0.916，P<0.05).2.The relationship between serum PSA level andclinical stage of prostate cancer：the level of serum PSA positively correlated andclinical stage of prostate cancer.(rs=0.585，P<0.05).3.The relationship betweenPSAD level and Gleason score of prostate cancer：the level of PSAD positivelycorrelated with Gleason score of prostate cancer.(rs=0.748， P<0.05）.4.Therelationship between PSAD level and clinical stage of prostate cancer：the level ofPSAD positively correlated and clinical stage of prostate cancer.（rs=0.378，P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.In this study, serum PSA level positively correlates with Gleason score,the higher the score, the higher the level of serum PSA. So the level of serum PSA inpredicting the pathological stage of prostate may be a more important value.2.Theoverall level of serum PSA and clinical stage of prostate cancer are positivelycorrelated with the serum PSA level gradually increased, the clinical stage of prostatecancer later stages. Therefore，the level of serum PSA in predicting prostate cancer ormetastatic carcinoma of the scope of violations of prostate cancer and then the choiceof surgical methods have the more important reference value.3. The level of PSADpositively correlates with Gleason score and clinical stage of prostate cancer, PSADas an important clinical indicators on prostate cancer, in order to guide the treatmentof prostate cancer and prognosis estimation.
