Clinical Medical Students Of Occupational Safety And Protective Countermeasures Of Cognitive Status And Influencing Factors Of Research

ObjectiveTo understand the practice stage of clinical medical students’ health status ofoccupational protection，cognitive situation and influencing factors of medicalprotection present situation. To strengthen clinical medical students in medicalcolleges and universities，and provide a scientific basis for hospital internship phase ofthe education，and puts forward several opinions for the hospital medical safetymanagement work， the resulting social provide security for clinical medical students’career development.MethodsAdapt the self-designed questionnaire，respectively from the basic situation ofclinical medical students，the situation of occupational safety protection andoccupational safety perceptions (importance judgment，cognitive score)，open-endedquestions，a total of four parts. Used stratified random sampling survey method，respectively made internship of clinical professional survey of medical students inFuzhou，Quanzhou and Sanming’s hospital.ResultsClinical medical students’ occupational safety threat，"often" frequency "exposureto noise harm"，was the highest of39.4%，"never" highest frequency for "sexualharassment" the patient or family members，92.7%；Has the highest percentage ofimportance to prevent "very important" to "doctor-patient communication" skilled，at75.8%，the lowest for "view patients serum" before every operation，only45.8%；Safety cognition of the highest accuracy for need to have standard prevention materialcontact，at91.2%，the lowest for" Hepatitis A，pulmonary tuberculosis are contaminated by acute infection "，only53.6%of the time；The school during myinternship，internship hospital，education on cognitive score，the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05)；Logistic regression analysis revealed that"education level"，“clinical practice time”were the influencing factors of medicalsafety cognition score height，the higher degree，the higher the score，the longer theinternship time score was lower.ConclusionClinical medical interns awareness of occupational safety and protection waslimited，needed from clinical medical students themselves，schools，hospitals，thewhole society on the aspects of education and management thinking，strengthen theattention，to promote the further development of the clinical medical and health care.
