| ã€Objective】Cerebral infarction has become one of the leading causes of death among adultsin China, its high mortality and morbidity bring serious harm to human health, andbring heavy burden to the family and society. This research adopts prospectivenonrandomized controled study, through the group of patients with acute cerebralinfarction, observe clinical effects and assess safety of butyl phthalide and sodiumchloride injection in patients with acute cerebral infarction, in order to provide furtherfoundation for clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction.ã€method】80patients with acute cerebral infarction were non-randomly divided into twogroups, the treatment group (40cases) and control group (40cases); The controlgroup was treated with basic therapy:0.1g aspirin (qd) once a day, which inhibitplatelet aggregation;20mg lipitor (qd) once a day, which regulate blood lipids andstablize plaques. According to the actual circumstance of patients, choose thedehydration of intracraninal pressure medicine, nutritional support, and other relevantconventional treatment such as rehabilitation therapy. On the basis of the controlgroup, the treatment group was given butyl phthalide and sodium chlorideinjection,100ml, intravenous drip,2times a day, not less than50-70minutes everytime, not less than6hours of the two time intervals, and the infusion of butylphthalide injection must use the PVC infusion sets, two groups were all treated for14 days. Two groups before treatment, after treatment in7d and14d, respectively, wereevaluated in The United States national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS)(Schedule1), and life self-care ability to assess Barthel index (BI) score. UsingSPSS19.0statistical software, the results were compared and analyzed with the t-testand χ2-test, determine whether the differences between the variables was statisticallysignificant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ã€result】Compared with control group, the total effective rate in treatment group weresignificantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Aftertreatment, not only the degree of nerve function defect score in treatment groupsignificantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), but aslo self-care ability and life assessment Barthel index (BI) scoresignificantly higher, at the same time the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ã€Conclusion】Butyl phthalide and sodium chloride injection is a new type of cerebralprotection drug, resistant to ischemia, has obvious clinical effect on the treatment ofacute cerebral infarction, has no obvious adverse reactions. The clinical treatment iseffective and safety. |
