Objective: Parecoxib sodium is a highly selective cyclooxy-genase COX-2inhibitors,it has been applied to a variety of clinical surgery such as orthopedics, hepatobiliary surgery and obstetrics and gynecology for perioperative analgesia sincelisting. Remifentanil opioid analgesic effect go through the activation of opioidreceptors. Lidocaine, a lactam intermediate-acting local anesthetic, which mainlyused for surface anesthesia in clinical. Parecoxib sodium and remifentanil are alwaysused by vein for general anesthesia and analgesic field. The accu-mulation effects ofdrugs, adverse reactions, and ease of use has restricted the development of the fullrange of intravenous anesthesia for a long time. The effects of remifentanil+lidocaineand parecoxib sodium+lidocaine respectively nasal instillation for postoperativeanalgesia clinical effects were observed on its ability to achieve the earlypostoperative analgesia and lasting potent analgesic purposes.Method:We analyse the clinical data of nasal surgery patients of our hospitalretrospectivly, according to the postoperative analgesic or not and different methodsof analgesia, the patients were divided into three groups, the observation group1:remifentanil+lidocaine nasal drip; the observation group2: parecoxib sodium+lidocaine nasal drip; control group: unused any analgesic measures, which isalsonamed the general anesthesia group. We observed and recorded the three groupswith analgesic satisfaction and postoperative4h,12h,24h and48h resting and activitypain visual analogue scale (VAS score)score and the presence of headache, dizziness, vicious, vomiting and other adverse reactions and their incidences.Result: We observed and analysed the satisfaction with analgesia and the restingand activity visual analog scale (VAS score) score postope-rative4h,12h,24h and 48h and adverse reactions, we find that the ratings of patients analgesic satisfactionfrom observation group1and the observation group2are higher than in the controlgroup, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05); the resting VAS score ofobservation group1and observation group2is better than the control group, thedifferences between them is statistically significant (P <0.05); the activity VAS scoreof observation group1and the observation group2is also lower than the controlgroup, the differences is also statistically signify-cant (P <0.05); the difference ofadverse reaction rates between obser-vation group1and observation group2and thecontrol group has no statistically significance (P>0.05).Conclusion: Remifentanil+lidocaine and parecoxib sodium+lidocaine has a goodeffect on postoperative analgesic for nasal surgery,it’s safety and validity and lowincidence of adverse reactions are worthy of clinical use.
