Abstract/Summary:
【Objective】1、Learn the expression of cox2and beta-catenin in colorectal tissue of patients havecolorectal cancer;2、 Learn the relationship between the expression of cox2and beta-catenin and theclinical pathologic factors,too explore whether it can be used as a prognosis indicator;3、 Illustrates the correlation of cox2and β-catenin expression in colorectal tissue ofpatients who with colorectal cancer;4、 Comprehensive analysis role of cox2and β-catenin in the development process ofcolorectal cancer;5、 Explore it can provides the basis for the new targeted treatment.【Methods】1、Select64patients with primary colorectal cancer undergo the surgical resection andpathological diagnosis of the Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from march2011to march2013. Using immunohistochemical SABC method tests the level in each groupof cox-2and beta-cantenin expression, and make the statistical analysis of their clinicalsignificance and relationship.2、By consulting medical records to collect the usual demographic characteristics、clinicaland pathological features.of patients with colorectal cancer was selected.3、The data was analyzed with SSPS17.0software: compare the positive rate of cox-2and beta-cantenin expression by chi square test; analysis the correlation between cox-2and beta-cantenin expression in colorectal cancer by Spearman rank correlation.【Results】1、The positive expression rates of cox-2in colorectal cancer tissues, adjacent tissues, andnormal tissue were79.7%、52.1%、30.0%, the expression of positive rate cox-2in threekinds of the tissue were different (χ2=22.812,P<0.001). This shows COX-2expressionin colorectal is enhanced。 inThe positive expression rates of beta-cantenin incolorectal cancer tissues, adjacent tissues, normal tissue were76.6%、45.8%、23.3%,the cox-2expression positive rate in three kinds of the tissue were different(χ2=25.800, P<0.001). This means beta-cantenin expression in colorectal is enhanced.2、During the high differentiation carcinoma,middle differentiation carcinoma and poordifferentiation carcinoma, the COX2positive cells expression rate respectively is25%,82.0%and25%(χ2=6.462,P=0.040). In A+B stage, COX2positive cells expressionrate is26.3%; in C+D stage, COX2positive cells expression rate is88.5%(χ2=8.706, P <0.001). With lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis ofcolorectal cancer patients, COX2positive cells expression rate was89.2%and66.7%(χ2=4.892, P=4.892). The correlations were observed between the expression OfCOX-2and beta-cantenin and clinical factors including the differentiation degree、Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer.3、In the tissues of colorectal cancer, COX-2and beta-catenin expression has a positivecorrelation.(r=0.271,p<0.05)【Conclusion】Cox-2and beta-catenin express excessively in colorectal cancer, both of themexpression in colorectal cancer tightly associate with low differentiation, Dukes stage,distant infiltration and lymphatic metastasis. From normal tissue to adjacent tissues and lastto cancer tissues, COX-2and β-catenin expression rate showed a obviously upward trend,and expression of them have concordance and correlation. COX-2and beta-catenin play akey role in the development and transfer process of coloretal cancer, in-depthunderstanding the regulatory mechanism and interaction between COX-2and beta-catenin,.To treatment and prevention of colorectal cancer,it has important significance.
