Part1the clinical vulue of ultrasound in the early diagnosis ofcesarean scar pregnancyObjective: To explore the clinical application of ultrasound in the earlydiagnosis of ceasarean scar pregnancy. the sonographic characteristics were observedand summarized.Methods:The sonographic characteristics of66patients with csp were reviewedretrospectively.Results:66patients with csp were classified into two types:gestationalsac(n=39)and abortion type (n=27),according to the ultrasonic manifestation. Amongthem,55patientswere diagnosed accurately by ultrasound, the rate was83.3%(55/66),92.3%(36/39)in the gestational sac type,7.7%(3/39) was misdiagnosised;As was70.4%(19/27)and29.6%(8/27)respectively in the abortion type。Conclusion: Ultrasound is an effective method for the early diagnosis ofceasarean scar pregnancy,And the misdiagnosis rate of Ceasarean scar pregnancy ishigh, especially in the abortion type. Part2Color Doppler Ultrasonographic observation on effect ofhigh intensity focused ultrasound for treatment of cesarean scarpregnancyObjective:To explore the efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU)for the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy by color Doppler ultrasonography.Methods:Ultrasonic appearances and hemodynamic parameter of30patients with CSP confirmed by ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. The corresponding-HCG, the peripheral blood flow resistance index (RI) were analyzed statisticallybefore HIFU treatment,1week and4weeks after treatment.Results:16patients with embryo sac, the gestation sac and the embryocollapsed after HIFU treatment, and the echo of yolk sac slightly increased with wallthickening in10patients. Echo of asymmetrical mass increased firstly in11patients,then lower echo was found in the center, and finally a litte higher echo.3caseswere changed treatment with surgery. with significantly reduced blood flow weredetected around the mass after HIFU, Resistance Index increased gradually afterHIFU treatment (all P<0.05). No statistical difference of-HCG was found beforeand after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler Ultrasound plays an important role in evaluating thetherapeutic effect of HIFU and follow-up of patients with CSP.
