With Transnational Color Doppler Ultrasound In The Diagnosis Of Pregnancy After Cesarean Section Scar Value(with35Patients Analysis)

Objective To investigate the characteristics and application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy.Methods Medical records of35inpatients with Cesarean Scar Pregnancy at the people’s hospital of Peking university from January2009to May2011were retrospected the analysis of the ultrasonographic image characteristics.Results The clinical and pathological analysis (confirmed):In35patients, the ultrasonic diagnosis coincidence rate of is94.3%(33/35),while the misdiagnose rate was5.7%(2/35) Among them were only15cases of pregnancy. Some of the type of uterine13cases, bad quality bag piece type7cases (2cases were misdiagnosed as nourish cell tumors.Conclusion The vaginal color doppler ultrasound should be the first choice of CSP diagnosis method, It can accurately judge capsule implantation position, size and the depth of invasion lesions (scar muscle layer thickness) and the level of blood perfusion. It further improve the accuracy of ultrasonic early diagnosis, provide evidence for clinical disease outcomes in the judgment of the clinical treatment and optimization, combining with the serum HCG.
