There are two researching pints in this thesis:1) extraction and bactriostasis ofThymus quinquelostatus Celak active constituent;2) extraction and bactriostasi of. Thisthesis does research on extraction, identification of chemical structur of these two plants. The main contents including:(1) Extracted by steam distillation Thymus quinquelostatus volatile oil extractionrate was1.06%, the use of GC-MS for five veins ground pepper volatile oil componentswere analyzed, and the steam distillation and supercritical carbon dioxide fluidextraction of the whole plant Thymus quinquelostatus literature results are compared, theresults showed that: the use of volatile oils obtained by steam distillation of ingredientsand the use of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid is slightly different conclusions, but themain ingredients are basically the same.(2) The use of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction pulse ground pepperover five whole plant, washed with chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol extract coldsoak, each reagent cold soak for three weeks, five veins get three reagents to pepperextract, the resulting extract concentrated by rotary evaporation to give extract differentextracts of extract extract column loaded with wet, dry sample is mounted on a columnmethod, the use of different developing solvent polarity gradient elution using coarsesegment-column separation-coarse segmentation-the continuous column separationand purification methods, and finally get a single compound. Column chromatographyusing methods from the chloroform extract, ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts wereseparated to give six compounds were identified ursolic acid (1), β-sitosterol (2), tablewood alcohol bolt (3), ferulic acid dodecyl ester (4),[24S] stigmasterol-4-ene-3-one(5) is three-dodecanol (6). Where the table cork alcohol, ferulic acid dodecyl ester,[24S]stigmast-4-en-3-one, being dotriacontanol are first found from this plant.(3) Using supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction of volatile oil of lilies, drawnby a single factor variable conditions at45℃,20MPa conditions, lilies highest volatileoil extraction rate, the maximum extraction rate of3.70%; addition, under different extraction conditions lily volatile oil have different chemical composition by gaschromatography-mass spectrometry under different conditions lilies volatile oilcomponents were identified, and the determination of the various components by areanormalization method, under optimum extraction conditions,37kinds of compoundswere identified, the main chemical ingredient and content are:1,4,7,10,13,16-sixoxygen heterocyclic octadecane (25.54%),3,4-dimethyl-2-hexanone(17.39%)5-methyl-3-heptanol (9.83%),(R)-(-)-2-pentanol (9.81%),6-methyl-3-heptanone(8.09%)1-pentanol (3.99%).
