This study attempts to reveal the reason of gay’s wifesuffered AIDS risk, in order to increase the more care about gay’s wife, to tolerant thehomosexuality’s exist and to explore how to reduce the number of gay’s wife, to findthe effective measures to product their vital interests.This study’s main method is virtual fieldwork, the subordinate method is interviewand survey. Therefore, research onthe HIV risk of gay’s wife is also based on these two aspects. Objective risk representsthe actual existence of a fait which is reflected in gender and culture. The reason of therisk about the HIV of gay’s wife is the inequality of physical structure and sex life. Inthe social and cultural reasons, the gay’s "stigma" from the society and the pressurefrom the traditional cultural bring more risks to gay’s wife. Social traditional culturecontains traditional view of marriage,birth concept and expectations of the role ofwomen. These objective existence of the social risks make the gay’s wife infected withHIV easily. Subjective risk is reflected in the perception and judgment of risk andreflected in the mental and awareness of married gay men and their wife’s.This research riches the scope of application of risk theory. Under the combinedeffect of objective risk and subjective risk, gay’s wife become the AIDS stakeholdersfrom social and personal risk; Meanwhile, the HIV has brought irreversible effects totheir bodies and lives. To solve the problem, we need to change the traditional concept of society, to improve the relevant laws and regulations and the social organizationsgive a helping hand.
