Objective:The model of Graves’Disease were made by Yersinia enterocolitia, at the same time intervened by excessive iodine. This paper aims at studying the changes of serum FT3, FT4. TSH. TSAb, IL-10and IL-12in SD rat under the intervention of high iodine and and Yersinia enterocolitia, investigating the role of Yersinia enterocolitia and high iodine in pathogenesis of GD.Methods:40healthy adult SD rats were randonly divided into three groups, namely control group, model group and high iodine group. The high iodine were further divided into low dose group、middle dose group、high dose group. Model group and high iodine group received Yersinia enterocolitia injection in tail vein. Different dosages of high iodine was given to the high iodine group. Three months later, the level of FT3, FT4, TSH in serum were detected by Radioimmunoassay Method, and the level of TSAb, IL-10and IL-12was measured by ELISA. And we made thyroid tissue biopsy with HE staining. Results:The Graves’Disease model were proved successful by the combination of FT3、 FT4、TSH in serum and thyroid tissue biopsy of HE staining. No significant pathological changes on HE sildes were observed between excess iodine group and normal group.Compared with normal group, all indicators of model group and high iodine were significant differences. The level of TSAb, IL-10, IL-12in high iodine group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), while the level of FT3FT4, TSH were no signification.(P>0.05).Conclusion:1、The level of IL-10and IL-12was evaluated for the sake of Yersinia enterocolitia2、 Different doses of excess iodine caused high level of FT3and FT4, but declined in TSH, though with no statistically significant difference.3、Excess iodine increased the TSAb and cell factors (IL-10,IL-12) level.4、Excess iodine was of no importance to the histopathological changes of thyroid gland...
