Analysis Of Pre-invasive Lesions Of Lung Adenocarcinoma On MSCT

Objective: To investigate the features of pre-invasive lesions of lungadenocarcinoma on MSCT.Methods: We evaluated59cases of Atypical Adenomatous Hyperplasia（AAH）and35cases of Adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS) confirmed byhistopathology. Comparison of MSCT features as size, shape, margin, internalcharacteristics and adjacent structure of pre-invasive lesions were respectivelyanalyzed. Differences were analyzed by using Chi-square or Fisher tests.Results: No differences were found in location, distribution, shape andwell-defined between AAH and AIS(P>0.05).There were significantdifferences in lobulated, speculated and vacuole sign between pGGN andmGGN (P<0.05), while no differences were found in air bronchogram,pleural indentation sign and vascular morphological changes in the twogroups (P>0.05) with no related to pathological types. In the group of pGGNthe size of AAH and AIS were found no difference (P>0.05), while significantdifferences were found in lobulated, spiculation, pleural indentation sign andvascular morphological changes between AAH and AIS (P<0.05). In thegroup of mGGN the size of AAH and AIS were found significantdifference(P<0.05), while no differences were found in lobulated, spiculation,vacuole sign, air-bronchogram and pleural indentation sign (P>0.05), only vascular morphological changes was found significant difference betweenAAH and AIS (P <0.05).Conclusion: The MSCT performances of AAH and AIS reflected thecorresponding morphological characteristics and changes of pre-invasions.
