Significance of this paper is to identify bettertreatments.Materials and Methods: Analysis of The second people’s hospital of ShanXimedical university affiliated ChangZhi city from2007to2013between five surgicaltreatment using three methods to study90patients with complex tibial plateaufractures in patients with relevant information, wherein each of30surgical patients aretrospective analysis were combined for patients from10months to two years, theaverage index of15months of follow-up communications were analyzed.
