| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the drug treatment of â…¢B type prostatitiswith mood disorders,and investigate the appropriate regimen of â…¢B type prostatitiswith mood disorders.Methods:90patients who have diagnosed with â…¢B type prostatitis with mooddisorders were randomly divided into three groups.30patients in the control groupwere treated by recommend treatment in the urology guide of2011,30patients in thetreatment group one were treated by recommend treatment combined with healtheducation,30patients in the treatment group two were treated by recmmendtreatment with professional psychological therapy, the NIH-CPSI score of eachgroup were made every week during the period of treatment and the change of the8NIH-CPSI scores during the treatment were compared.Results: The symptom of the three groups of patients with prostatitis were improvedafter the treatment, the degree of improvement in group one was better than that incontrol group (P <0.05); the degree of improvement in treatment group two wasbetter than that in control group and treatment group one (P <0.05); after the multiplecomparison among8point in time of treatment group two, no statistical differencewas found between each point in time after four weeks(P>0.05).after the multiplecomparison among8point in time of treatment group two, no statistical differencewas found between each point in time after five weeks(P>0.05).Conclusions: Drug treatment combined psychological intervention are the effectivemethod in treating â…¢B type prostatitis with mood disorders. The primary purpose of psychological interventions is to reduce patient nervousness, improve anxietysymptoms, and change misperceptions of the disease of patients,and psychologicalintervention is generally5times. |
