Objective: To research the influence of bone density on primary stabilityof implant in clinical. Methods: A total of10patients were selected and30implants was placedin the study. The assessment of bone density of implant sites was measuredby CBCT before surgery.ITV was measured when implant was placed, and ISQwas measured by RFA immediately. Results: CBCT can measure the value of bone density(HU). There issignificant statistical difference between HU and ISQ. There is nosignificant statistical difference between HU and ITV.Conclusion: Bone density can be measured by CBCT accurately andobjectively, with a advantage of low radiation doses, high repeatability, convenient operation and noninvasive. With the limitation of the study,it is concluded that primary stability can be influenced by bone density. The greater the value of HU, the greater the ISQ and ITV.
