Purpose: This research mainly use24hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) to observe the long-term smoking patients with primary hypertension beforeand after quitting smoking the blood pressure fluctuation type, the average24-hourblood pressure, the24hours mean heart rate.Method: Review January2012to May2013patients with high blood pressure inshenyang Fourth people’s hospital of cardiology hypertension research for dynamictesting of outpatient service170cases, blood pressure met in China in2010primaryhypertension in the prevention and control of hypertension diagnosis standard. Allpatients are taking one or more of antihypertensive drugs and have more than one yearhistory of smoking. And exclusion standard:(1) Secondary hypertension andsymptomatic hypertension;(2)Congenital heart disease;(3)Valvular heart disease;(4)Thyroid hyperfunction;(5)Diabetes;(6)Arrhythmia;(7) Hepatic insufficiency andRenal insufficiency. Using24hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and24-hourambulatory blood pressure dynamic electrocardiogram to exam the patients. Weeducated170cases of smoking history of more than1year in patients with primaryhypertension. Taking its success more than two months (not smoke) within60days and35cases of patients in2months when24hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoringand review of the dynamic electrocardiogram.35patients who quit smoking of primaryhypertension patients were men, aged45-65, an average of55.50+/-5.20years old. Contrast observed35patients quit smoking before and after2months,24hours a dayon average heart rate,24hours a day on average systolic blood pressure, day averagesystolic blood pressure, average systolic blood pressure at night,24-hour blood pressurefluctuation type changes.Result:(1)35patients after quitting compared with before quitting,24-hour averageheart rate decreases.(P <0.05)(2)35patients were compared with quit smoking before, after quitting day averagesystolic blood pressure.(P>0.05)(3)35patients after quitting compared with before quitting,24hours a day on averagesystolic blood pressure.(P>0.05)(4)35patients after quitting compared with before quitting, average systolic bloodpressure drops at night.(P <0.05)(5)35patients after quitting compared with before quitting, scoop type blood pressurefluctuation type, non dipper type decreased and the dipper type blood pressurefluctuations. Deep scoop type blood pressure fluctuation type without change. Conclusion: Long-term smoking day and night for people with primary hypertensionhad a greater influence on the adjusting function and heart rate. Patients with high bloodpressure should be early to give up smoking, thereby reducing the occurrence ofcardio-cerebral target organs such as kidney damage.
