Objectivethe expression of BMP-2, MMP-2and TIMP-2in premature rupture of themembrane and its clinical significance.Methodthe study group: premature parturient, full-term parturient women, pretermPROM, PROM respectively in30cases of full-term parturients;Control group:30cases of full-term parturients without labor.Expression and distribution ofBMP-2, MMP-2and TIMP-2in fetal membranes were detected byimmunohistochemical staining.The specific steps according to the conventionalimmunohistochemical operation,each dyeing process are provided with controlas the quality control standard of dyeing,Using the known BMP-2,MMP-2positive breast cancer sections,TIMP-2positive fiber mother cell sections wereused as positive control,negative control by phosphate buffer solution (PBS)instead of the first antibody.Carefully observe the staining intensity of pathological image operating system of each membrane, analysis of the referenceFromwitz comprehensive scorecard semi quantitative[1].Results1.The positive expression of BMP-2in Each control group fetaltissue(full-term parturient group, term premature rupture of membranes, pretermlabor, preterm premature rupture of membranes group) were76.7%,90%,83.3%,96.7%,were higher than those in the control group of73.3%;Premature rupture of fetal membranes group of bone morphogeneticprotein-2higher than full-term parturient group,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);Preterm premature rupture of membranes group of bonemorphogenetic protein-2was higher than that of preterm labor group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Preterm premature rupture ofmembranes group of bone morphogenetic protein-2higher than full-termpremature rupture of membrane group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The positive expression of MMP-2in Each control group fetal tissue(full-term parturient group, term premature rupture of membranes, preterm labor,preterm premature rupture of membranes group) were80%,86.7%,83.3%,96.7%, The73.3%were higher than those in the control group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);premature rupture of fetal membranes ofMMP-2was higher than that of full-term parturient group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);preterm premature rupture of the membranes ofMMP-2was higher than that of preterm labor group,the difference wasstatistically significant;preterm premature rupture of the membranes of MMP-2was higher than that of full-term premature rupture of membrane group,thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The positive expression of TIMP-2in Each control group fetaltissue(full-term parturient group, term premature rupture of membranes, pretermlabor, preterm premature rupture of membranes group) were56.7%,53.3%,56.7%,50%,Were lower than the control group60%,but there wasno statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Premature rupture of fetalmembranes group TIMP-2is lower than that of full-term parturient group,butthe difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).TIMP-2in pretermpremature rupture of membranes Group is lower than that in preterm laborgroup,but the difference was not statistically significant.TIMP-2in pretermpremature rupture of membranes Group is lower than that of full-term prematurerupture of membrane group,but the difference was not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05).4.28cases were found with maternal chorioids in each maternal fetaltissue.There were25cases with premature rupture of membranes.The positiveexpression of BMP-2, MMP-2in the event of chorioids in fetal tissue was higherthan that in the no chorioids and fetal membranes(P<0.001).The positiveexpression of TIMP-2in the event of chorioids in fetal tissue in the lowerwithout chorioids and fetal membranes,There was no statistically significantdifference (P>0.05). 5.There was a significant positive correlation,the positive rates of MMP-2and BMP-2expression of five groups of maternal fetal tissue in RSquare=0.961,P<0.001.6.A negative correlation,the expression rates of TIMP-2and BMP-2of fivegroups of maternal fetal tissue in the R Square=0.759,P0.001.7.A negative correlation,the expression rates of TIMP-2and MMP-2of fivegroups of maternal fetal tissue in the R Square=0.763,P0.001.Conclusion1.in premature rupture of membranes,BMP-2,MMP-2protein expressionincreased,TIMP-2expression decreased with water,they are closely related tothe occurrence of premature rupture of membranes.2.the expression of BMP-2and MMP-2and TIMP-2were correlated withfetal tissue.
