| Objective: To invvestigate the core1ation betveen hemodynamic changes caused byvariabi1ity of the traffic artery and carotid artery C1, C2segment ang1e situation and thetransportation of aneurysm formation. Methods: This study se1ected76pattients diaggnosed with posttrior communicatingartery aneurysm from January2008to December2013during the Second Afi1iatedHospita1of Da1ian Medica1Universsity, Department of Neuro1ogy treatment andrandom78patients with intracrania1aneurysms, who a11undewent cereebra1anggiography examination, the cerebra1angiography and other genera1data co11ectionhistory were comp1ete for a11cases. According to the different types of the postieriorcomunicating arttery, Posterior cerabra1arttery are divaded into three types: PO type, PIand PII type. Vascu1ar aneurysm group and the number of traffic artery in the contro1group of three types were separate1y statistica11y stated and compared with the contro1group (non-aneurysm group). Statistica11y count the traffic artery aneurysms occurrencefor the three groups and pairwise compare every two groups of the three1ines. Accordingto cerebra1angiogram, carotid artery segments C1, C2segment ang1e (ie, the postteriorcomunicating arttery near mu1tip1e office) of the postterior comunicating artteryaneurysm and contra1atera1were measured and comppared with the contra1group (non-aneurysm group. App1y statastica1software SPSS17.0to data ana1ysis, chi-squaretest to count data, t test to measurement data, P <0.05indicites siggnificant diference, P<0.01inddicates a signfificant statastica1difference.Resu1ts:1.Comppared with the contra1ones, the posterior communicating artery aneurysmgroup has a high abnorma1posterior communicating artery (PI and PII-type) incidence, the diference was statastica11y signfificant (P <0.05).2.In the anearysm group, compare traffic artery aneurysm incidence pairwise forP0-type, PI-type and the PII-typa, PII-typa> PI-typa> PO-typa, P va11ues were a111ossthan0.05, the diference was statiastica1y signifficance.3.Interna1cartotid arttery C1, C2segment ang1e: ippsi1atera1postaeriorcomunicating arttery aneerysm <conttra1atera1postterior comunicating arttery anevrysm<contro1group, the diference was statitstica11y signifficant (P <0.05), but there was nodiference betveen the ang1e of the ipsi1atera1anearysm in the1eft and right.Conc1usion:1. Abnorma1posterior communicating artery (PI and PII Type type) more1ike1y1eads to posterior communicating artery aneurysm, in which PII type of traffic arteryaneurysms are the most vu1nerab1e, fo11owed by PI type, norma1deve1oped PO typeposterior communicating artery aneurysms occur most difficu1t.2. Two intterna1caratid arttery segments C1, C2the segment ang1e and formationof the postterior comunicating arttery anearysm are corre1ated, it’s more1ike1y thatcommunicating artery aneurysm wou1d occur at the side of the bend with sma11er ang1e,but without signifficant diference betveen the1eft and right. |
