Objective: To exp1ore the brain DSA images, the A1segment dominant type andangle sections A1-A2segment of the antterior cerebra1arttery and the anteriorcomrnunicating artery (AC0A, anterior comrnunicating artery) relationship anneurysmoccurred. Methods: In this study, July,2008to Deecember,2013, the Second AfiliatedHospita1of Dalian Medica1Univorsity, Deparnent of Neurlogy, treated141cases ofsponttaneous subbarachnoid hemorhage (SAH, Spontaneous subarichnoid hemorhage)was observed in pattients as objects, all patients undervent brain DSA exammination,of which86cases of antterior comunicating arttery aneeurysm caused by suborachnoidhernorrhage,55cases of non-antterior comunicating arttery anneurysm caused bysubarachnoid hemorrhage, in contrast to the group with anterior comrnunicating arteryanourysm cerebral vascular imaging data non-anterior communicating artery aneurysmgroup to explore the impact A1segment segment dominant type and angle of A1-A2segment junction of anterior comrnunicating artery anourysm formation.Results:1.141pattients are sponttaneous subarichnoid hemorhage treament, thefirst symptom of majjor clanical manifestitions of headche, vorniting, unconscieusness, and hemiplegia so on.2.Anterior comrnunicating arttery aneeurysm group and the group of non-antterior comunicating arttery anneurysm, the patient’s age and sexcompposition was no signif1cant diference.3.Anterior comrnunicating arttery anneurysm group:Tumor size: diameter up to11mm; minimum of1mm. In which1~5mm57cases;5~10mm28cases;>10mm1case. Tumor morphology: cystic as69cases; spindle13cases; irregularshape (presence of sub-tumor) of four cases.4.In86cases of antterior comunicating arttery anneurysm patients,63cases of antterior cereebral arttery seggment A1dominant type(73.3%),23cases showed balanced type A1segment (26.7%);in55casesof non-antterior comunicating arttery aneurysm patieonts there are12cases for the segment A1dominant type (21.8%),43cases of segment A1balanced (78.2%). There were signaficant diferences betveen the groups(P<0.01).5.Anterior comrnunicating artery aneurysm group of23cases of segmentA1Balanced patients,3D-DSA standard measured before the average angleA1-A2segment comrnunicating artery aneurysm side of93.61°±8.24°,non-anterior comrnunicating artery average of the tumor side angle103.43°±9.26°, a signifacant diference betveen the two sides (P <0.05).6.Anterior communicating artery aneurysm group of63cases of patientswith type A1segment strengths, the left side of39cases (61.9%), theright to24cases (38.1%).Conclusion:1. antterior cerabral arttery segment A1dominant type is easier toform the antterior comrnunicating artery aneeurysm.2. smaller antterior cerabral arttery seggment A1-A2junction angleis more prone to antterior comunicating arttery anneurysm.3. antterior cerabral arttery segement A1dominant type, the left ismore common.
