Object:This article focuses on studying the clinical effect of combined therapy with phonophoresis and interferential current therapy (ICT) on low back pain. To observe the role of phonophoresis and interferential current therapy on the painful area which relieve pain and improve symptoms of low back pain. Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,71low back pain patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36cases in the treatment group,35cases in the control group. The treatment group of patients carry out combined therapy with phonophoresis and interferential current therapy, the control group of patients carry out phonophoresis therapy and interferential current therapy.10days for a course, treatment group,10minutes one time and the control group20minutes one time. The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated(before treatment and at the end).Evaluation indicators include:①Visual analogue score(VAS);②Japanese Orthepaedic Association(JOA) lumbago curative effect evaluation standard;③the Roland-Morris disability questionnaire;④lumbago function questionnaire. The date was organized and analyzed with SPSS17.0, package.Result:After treatment,P values observed between the treatment group and the control group shows that:①The treatment group compared with the control group, the VAS, JOA improvement index,JOA improvement rate, lumbar range of motion, lumbar and abdominal muscle strength, activities of daily living, P<0.01, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group.②The treatment group compared with the control group, the Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire scores, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:①After treatment, the score of VAS, JOA improvement index,JOA improvement rate, lumbar range of motion, lumbar and abdominal muscle strength, activities of daily living of patients, there was a significant improvement between the treatment group and the control group, indicating that combined therapy with phonophoresis and interferential current therapy in the treatment of low back pain has more obvious efficacy.②Combined therapy with phonophoresis and interferential current therapy of low back pain is a new technology in our department in recent years. It is mainly used in two different ultrasound and electrotherapy combined effect of physical factors on low back pain patients under treatment. After treatment, the patient’s degree of pain, lumbar range of motion, lumbar and abdominal muscle strength, activities of daily living are improved, shorter treatment times for patients in everyday, improve the efficacy.
