Objective:to study the patients with gynecological disease caused by the related risk factors for deep vein thrombosis (DVT)after the operation, wich is provided reference for clinical prevention and treatment decisions. Methods:A hospital based case-control study was carried out.We collected33cases of gynecological disease complicated with DVT by postoperative as the case group, which had been treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January1,2009to January31,2014.We also collected33cases of gynecological disease by postoperative without DVT as the control group which had been treated in the same period. Then retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of those cases, including all the rated risk factors, clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and Prognosis. With the help of software SPSS19.0,first we made univariate analysis and then used Logistic regression to evaluate the risk factors. Results:The univariate analysis results show that hypertention, hyperlipidemia, body mass index, previous surgery, blood transfusion, thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(FIB) were associated with DVT(P<0.05).Multifactor non-conditional logistic regression analysis results showed that:hypertention, hyperlipidemia, previous surgery was statistically significant, may be the independent risk factors of gynecological disease complicated with DVT by postoperative. The diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis relies mainly on the clinical manifestations, color doppler ultrasound and laboratory examination, treated with anticoagulation, thrombolysis, flooding, has achieved good effect. Conclusion:hypertention, hyperlipidemia, previous surgery may be the independent risk factors of gynecological disease complicated with DVT by postoperative. The prognosis of gynecological disease with DVT is the result of multiple factors.Concurrent DVT after gynecological surgery, occurred in June to December, after the first2-8days, older than40years, BMI>24kg/m2, often involving the left lower extremities, the most common clinical manifestations:limb swelling and pain; diagnosis of DVT mainly through clinical manifestations, color Doppler ultrasound and laboratory tests to achieve treatment measures include basic therapy, anticoagulation, thrombolysis, flooding poly therapy, have achieved good results.High degree of vigilance, early prevention, timely diagnosis and treatment are the keys to reduce mortality and improve prognosis.
